Job Description
Job responsibilities
•
Consult with management, unions and staff regarding the interpretation of HR policy and
processes
•
Analyse the staffing needs of the organisation, write job descriptions and person profiles,
advertise vacancies, and assist with interviews
•
Design administration procedures for resourcing, remuneration, learning and development, and
change management
•
Advise on performance management, employment relations and associated policies and
procedures
•
Advise on relevant employment legislation and health and safety requirements
•
Identify and plan learning and development requirements for staff
•
Liaise with the external payroll provider
