Totalitarianism.

Totalitarianism (Noun): Government
where the ruler or ruling group has
complete control over the population.

An example of totalitarian used as an
adjective is in the phrase "totalitarian
regime" which means a government
where the ruler has total authority over
everyone.

They even replace religion with a cult
or worship to the nation.

Hence, there are parts , in this PPT,
called Cult to the State in which the
rules of the government are explained.
