RC: Broken Stitch
PA:
1. Update the machine program in the online system storage (KNet). OCAP# (REV)
2. Apply password to the machine to prevent the alterations of parameters. FMEA
3. Identify the critical parts on the machine that contributes the broken stitch problem &
update the PM checklist. PM SPEC
Detection:
1. Activate bond integrity test system (BITS) on the device program. (To immediately detect
broken stitch problem & stops the machine operation) OCAP & FMEA
2. Modify the spool grounding to improve the detection of BITS system for the critical devices.
FMEA
3. Program comparable between program inside the mc with golden program in KNET system
to detect mismatch/alteration. OCAP
