1. WHAT IS SYSTEM SOFTWARE?
- System software is a sort of computer program that manages the hardware and
applications on a computer. The system software is the interface between the hardware
and the user applications, if we think of the computer system as a layered model. The
most well-known example of system software is the operating system. The operating
system (OS) is in charge of all other programs on a computer.

2. WHAT IS APPLICATION SOFTWARE?
- Application software, often known as an app or a program, performs a specific purpose
for the end user. Effectively, if the user is interacting directly with a piece of software it
is application software. Moreover, it distinct from system software, which refers to the
software that actually keeps the systems running such as the operating system,
computational science software, game engines, industrial automation, and software as a
service applications.

3. WHAT IS OPERATING SYSTEM?
- An operating system, or “OS,” is software that allows other applications to interface
with the hardware and run. It’s made up of system software, or the files that your
computer requires to start up and run. Every desktop computer, tablet, and smartphone
comes with an operating system that provides the device’s basic functionality.
4. WHAT IS USER INTERFACE ?
The user interface (UI) is the point at which a computer, website, or application
interacts with humans. The purpose of good Ul is to make the user’s experience simple
and intuitive, requiring the least amount of work from the user to achieve the maximum
desired result. Layers of interaction are used to develop user interfaces that appeal to
the human senses (sight, touch, auditory and more).

WHAT IS WORD PROCESSING?
act of utilizing a computer to produce, edit, save, and print documents is referred to as
word processing. Specialized software (known as a Word Processor) is required to do
word processing. Using a word processor, such as Microsoft Word, Google Docs, or
OpenOffice Writer, to create or edit a document is referred to as word processing. A
student could, for example, use a Word Processor to write a book report. The learner
could then print it, save it to a disk, display it on the screen, or e-mail it. A job seeker
may also use a word processor to produce a résumé, which they could subsequently email or print and deliver to recruiters.
6. WHAT IS BROWSER
browser is a software program that allows you to view and interact with all of the
information on the Internet. Web pages, videos, and images all fall into this category.
Prior to the Internet, the term “browser” was used to describe user interfaces that
allowed you to browse (navigate through and read) text files online. Many individuals
