FairHealth (May 6th & 8th 2020) Physical & Mental Health Webinar by Murasaki & Lucy, in collaboration with JCI KLWest, Linora Low and MYPsychology FairHealth (May 6th & 8th 2020) A health webinar which aims to raise and create awareness on all members of the society, in regards to the physical & mental wellbeing in such hard times - Like the Covid-19 Outbreak. Enables everyone to understand the importance of keeping oneself healthy, in terms of physical and mental aspects. 2 webinars were carried out for 2 days, for each: 1. Physical Health: Raised awareness by having a talk with a fitness ambassador + a short workout session feasible for anyone staying at home #StayAtHome 2. Mental Health: Raised awareness by having a live talk from the Clinical Psychologist Gary Yap + a short Q&A session with the participants Inspiration: The whole idea came up with regards to our interest, passion and dream future career in the Medical Fields…. COVID-19 Online Awareness Campaign (May 2020) THEMES We are collecting artworks from students! 1. 2. 3. 4. 5. Importance of Social Distancing Gratitude to the front liners Mental health at home Effects to environment Discrimination The works of students will be exhibited on a pop-up section of the school’s website and an online blog specifically dedicated for the campaign. Sustainable development goals in our awareness campaign, (3 and 7) Our project= awareness campaign on Covid 19= service Creativity – arts, and other experiences that involve creative thinking. - using creativity to create a website challenge in making online art exhibition on Covid 19 -that not many/ no one has ever done before
