Physical & Mental Health Webinar

in collaboration with JCI KLWest, Linora Low and MYPsychology
FairHealth (May 6th & 8th 2020)
A health webinar which aims to raise and create awareness on all members of the society, in
regards to the physical & mental wellbeing in such hard times - Like the Covid-19 Outbreak.
Enables everyone to understand the importance of keeping oneself healthy, in terms of physical
and mental aspects. 2 webinars were carried out for 2 days, for each:
1.
Physical Health: Raised awareness by having a talk with a fitness ambassador + a short
workout session feasible for anyone staying at home #StayAtHome
2.
Mental Health: Raised awareness by having a live talk from the Clinical Psychologist
Gary Yap + a short Q&A session with the participants
Inspiration: The whole idea came up with regards to our interest, passion and dream future
career in the Medical Fields….
