Brief about human resources
By the term human resources we mean the size of
population of a country along-with its efficiency,
educational qualities, productivity, organizational
abilities. By human resource we mean human
capital. Human capital implies the abilities, skills
and technical knowhow among the population of
the country. A country should introduce
manpower planning for the development of its
human resources.
I think South Korea is the excellent example of
this economical transformation because they have
those skills that a nation should have.

To know about Korean’s special quality.
How they maintain relationship with
other Korean’s.
How they find energy & mentality for
work.
Finding differences in characteristics
between unique races.
To bring Korean’s success to the
forefront of the world.
In-depth analysis of the topic.
After coming in Korea, I have seen the people are very
dutiful and patriotic. They believe in unity and the
development of their country. Furthermore, All the
sectors including electronics, automobiles,
telecommunications, shipbuilding, chemicals,
education, medical, technology South Korea is now
well developed. Each of the sectors is now sufficiently
advanced today. Moreover, the government took some
necessary steps at that time and one of the major is
R&D institutes. By this institute there has been a
tremendous development in their country’s economy in
the last half centuries.
About R&d Institute
Korea R&D specializes in developing and supplying
core parts for car and industrial engines and
transmissions. Government also built a base for Science
and Technology (S&T) development such as Daeduk
Science Town in 1974.
South Korea's R&D expenditures reached 93.1 trillion won
(US$75.4 billion) in 2020, accounting for 4.81 percent of
GDP, according to a recent report by the Federation of
Korean Industries (FKI), the country's largest business
lobby.
So, this institution helps to boost the
south Korean economy.
Furthermore, South Korean children are becoming
more creative this is because they are getting world
class education. Korean education now globally
ranked and government specially emphasize on
children education. An educated population is
important in building a nation’s economy.
I believe, behind this dramatic economical boost world
class education has had a significant impact. As a
result of increasing educated people in South Korea it
helps to make Korean's more skilled day by day.
Description of Korean’s special character.
They do not underestimate any work.
The quality of their work is excellent because
they do work with time and respect.
The most surprising thing is that old people are
able to work hard, like young people. Because
they do not prioritize age restrictions.
Koreans spend more hours working each day
than any other nation.
Koreans often give up their personal pleasures
because they love work and love their country.
Even the female senior citizens of Korea
do not waste time and they work as per
their capabilities. These facts are really
charmed me so much.
They are one of the examples of overcoming the age barrier.
Research and development implications in Bangladesh
Bangladesh is a Populous country. Bangladesh can also reach
the pinnacle of development through the implementation of
A&D institution.
Bangladesh should give more priority in few factors like
science and technology.
In order to improve these sectors, various institutions related
to this sector should be Installed.
Bangladesh need to know the strategy of use manpower in
right way like South Korea.
By making Bangladeshi workers skilled and employing them
in the field of work, Bangladesh can revolutionize every
industry in a short period of time.
Finally, Bangladesh should follow Korean economical steps to
gain advantage out of it.
Conclusion
South Korea has improved by recruiting intelligent and skilled people in the right
place.
The tax money was spent by South Korea on the development of their country.
South Korea has built various industrial plants and developed rapid communication
systems throughout the country.
Finally, it is clear that unprecedented steps in South Korea can be a lesson for
Bangladesh. Reflecting on this, Bangladesh can develop as fast as South Korea.
