STATEMENT OF THE PROBLEM
This study aims to determine the feasibility of operating a food shop that offers Bulgogi
thru deliveries and takeaways.
Specifically, this study is intended to seek answers to the following questions related to
the different aspects of business operations:

What is the form of ownership?

Who are the persons involved in the management?

How does the organizational structure look like?

What is the manpower requirement/job analysis?

What are the schedules of business operations/activities?

What is the proposed compensation scheme?
II. The Marketing Aspect

What market is it in and the current condition of it?

What is the proposed product?

What is the supply/demand analysis for the product and the factors that
affect it?

Who are the potential buyers and sources of revenue?

What are the marketing programs to be implemented?

How and where will be the product distributed?

Who are the probable competitors and what is the edge from those?

What is the SWOT of the business?


How much is the start-up capital requirement?

What are the start-up expenditures/pre-operating expenses?


Are there any critical risk factors that might affect your operation?

What is the contribution of the proposed business to the society?

VISION
To become a well established food business and expand to have large restaurants in
multiple locations which will bring joy to more clients by preparing delicious, high-quality
Korean cuisine with a Filipino touch. We want our restaurant to create a unique experience for
our guests while also serving the larger benefit for our staff, community, and environment.
