Beyond that, teachers serve many other roles in the classroom. Teachers set the tone of their classrooms, build a warm environment, mentor and nurture students, become role models, and listen and look for signs of trouble. A teacher must understand the basic principles of human growth and development and must follow faculty procedures when it comes to following up on all signs of trouble. Teachers will need to lead their classrooms keeping their students engaged and interested. A teacher are responsible for the social behavior in their classrooms. This behavior is primarily a reflection of the teacher’s actions and the environment she/he sets. A teacher is a person who will have to fill many roles, they are people with educational leadership skills and they must continue to grow and develop as professional. Educators assume individual professional responsibilities and obligations through their voluntary entry into the profession. A teacher has a professional knowledge and skills gained through formal preparation and experience. A teacher provides personal caring service to pupils by diagnosing their needs and by planning, selecting and using methods and evaluation procedures designed to promote learning. As a teacher you’ll play a crucial role in shaping the lives of young people. You’ll inspire, motivate and encourage a new generation of learners and guide them to make a positive impact in world around them. A school teacher helps their students to be passionate about learning and understands the impact and importance of lifelong education. Teachers act as a role model, mentors, caregivers and advisers. They can have a profound effect on the lives of their students. Teachers will impart knowledge to their students to help them learn new things about a specific group of subjects. They find new ways of supporting their students learning styles and mindful that students, will learn at a different pace and speed to their peers. Teachers need to be highly adaptable and flexible with their lesson plans. The teachers serves many roles within a school environment, the first and most important resposibility is to show love, respect, and caring for each students, this requires that teachers help each student to identify his/her strengths, abilities, talents and interests. Teachers assist students to aspire to become productive members of society and contribute to the public good, and have the responsibility of providing learning activities that make it possible for each students to achieve his/her amazing, genius potential. The teachers lead the classrooms at public or private schools to guide their students and help them understand academic information. They write curriculum, create worksheets, and give lectures and guide students through interactive lessons using different teaching styles to reinforce, essential information. Teachers supervise the class throughout lessons and use techniques to correct unfocused behavior without distracting other students. They build trust with students as a way they manage their behavior and encourage to engage participation in the coursework. The teacher plan and provide for appropriate learning experiences for students. Provide an atmosphere and environment conductive to the intellectual, physical, social, spiritual and emotional development of individuals to ensure success for every student. As a teacher you will be responsible for cultivating the students interest in education and development. Teacher have an enduring impact their ability to make the student think and feel in productivity ways about their learning, and themselves as learners provides a transparent orientation to learning to learning and thinking has an indelible impact beyond the moment. This is the essence of quality. And this is the teaching, every learners can respond to and deserves. Teacher are given a curriculum they must follow that meets state guidelines. This curriculum is followed by the teacher so that throughout the year, all pertinent knowledge is dispensed to the students. Teachers teach in many ways including lectures, small group activities and hands-on learning activities. A teachers are held accountable for implementing curriculum and testing policies, grading policies, assignments and promotions rules, and many other educational prescriptions. Teachers and administrations should be accountable for progress their students. As a teacher you play a crucial role in helping young people achieve success in the classroom. When it comes to interacting with students teachers must understand there is a fine line between being a caring adult and being a friend. Professional teachers do not let their desires to be liked by students get in a way of enforcing classroom and school rules. They do not show favoritism or discriminate against students. A dedicated teacher believe all students have the ability to learn and succeed. The teacher must be able to show how his subject relates with other fields, particularly in the solution of life’s problems. An older teacher can even be a mentor to a younger teacher who is just starting out in the profession. A teacher must act as the support person when the young people needs help. The teacher is the key person on whom depends the future of mankind. In fact, teachers can do miracles, which can shape raw materials into a finished product. The teacher plays most significant role in making the teaching process a grand success, because the teacher is the real practitioner of the teaching learning process. The teacher should be able to provide effective leadership to the children or students who are immature and need guidance in matters of study, activities and other courses. A teacher is held accountable, so that a student experiences greater freedom in putting forward their concerns, the do not feel burdened. Accountabilities on the part of the classroom teacher is very important. Teacher must implement structure development positive student interactions and take immediate action when problems arise. Accountability is working to change the misconception about education and its professionalism. Making sure that the teachers are diligently working to better their students lives and teaching them new knowledge, while not giving up on their students, that is the goal of teachers accountability. Because teachers have a responsibility to their students and the community, they need to be held accountable in some ways. Being a good teacher is extremely important, In teaching, having strong communication skills as a teacher is an essential quality for building teachers students rapport and creating a trusting environment for the students. In teaching skills are hard and soft skills that help a teacher keep students engaged. These skills are what help a teacher keep their classroom engaged and interested in learning. These skills can also help teachers position themselves as an educator, earning the attention and respect of their students. Developing teaching skills is only one part of becoming a good teacher. Good teacher are continually improving upon their skills. A teacher should monitor students whether it is intentional or not, it is one of a way that a teacher encourages students to strive to be the best they can. This also include encouraging students to enjoy learning. By taking to listen to what students say, teachers impart to students a sense of ownership in the classroom. This helps build the confidence and helps them want to be successful. As a teacher must be able to communicate the classroom curriculum in an effective and organize manner that the students will be able to understand. Teachers must be good organizer. The general purpose of education is the full development of the potential of each individual. Society, of which tea are a part, establishes the goals of education and the organizational framework within which formal education occurs. Teacher is to facilitate learning. To do this, he/she has to guide the learning of children by planning and organizing meaningful learning experiences, creating a desirable learning environment, using a variety of instructional materials providing for individual differences and appraising learner’s growth and development. The teacher has to improve himself by maintaining high standards of personal and professional conduct and by continuing to grow professionally. The teacher is the one who must know how to find what the student is looking for. The goals of the teacher will much the direction that the school is taking. Teachers personality must be natural and genuine, that is, devoid of pretenses and artificiality. They must be consistent, true, and authentic. Teacher must be unbiased and objective in judging their work and performance. Avoid preferential consideration that results to negative response and indifference. Teacher must interact with students every minute. The teachers’ capacity to adjust their methodologies, could allay the tension, at the same time, save a time and effort for appropriate remediation. The teachers must have the intellectual, social, and teaching skills to be able to act. Teachers who know what they’re doing, why there doing it, and how to do it well. The teacher plays an important role in the school, he/she is not simply to impart knowledge but also mould the habits, traits and character of pupils. Teacher is to achieve educational objectives through the curriculum of the school especially inside the classrooms.
