B1 : Run tool Performance sau đó đợi loading toàn bộ data từ OMC-Server
B2 : Sau khi loading xong ,màn hình xuất hiện Performance Management chọn Report Templates ( có thể
tự tạo templates riêng theo ý thich của mình chọn Custom statistic temsplates ) .

B3 : Từ Menu Report Templates chọn New …
B4: Trong tab Device type Moto định nghĩa rất nhiều mức để lấy KPI ví dụ như : KPI ở mức cell ,
mức BSC,TRAU,CARRIER …..
B5 : Để lấy các KPI chuẩn và các Counter theo quá trình CallSetup Process ta chọn Device type là
ở mức CELL .

B6: Chọn Site cần lấy KPI và chọn loại KPI nào cần theo các buớc sau :
+ Để lấy KPI chuẩn như CallSetup Success rate ,call volum ,drop call ,TCH Blocking rate vv.. Ta
chọn mục Network Health Reports và chọn tiếp Health check :
và chọn 1 or nhiều KPI cùng lúc bằng cách nhấn phím Shift or Ctrol để chọn từng KPI
Ghi Chú : Ta chỉ chọn tối đa là 14 loại KPI đồng thời mà thôi nếu lấy nhiều quá hệ thống sẽ báo lỗi.

B7: + Chọn ngày và thời gian để lấy KPI
+ Trong Format Moto hỗ trợ hiển thị KPI theo dạng TEXT và dạng Đồ Thị :
Chọn : Trend ( Tabular ) hiển thị theo dạng bảng tính giống excel
Trend (Grap….) hiển thị theo dạng đồ thị
+Output : Chọn Screen sẽ xuất ra trực tiếp màn hình và ta cũng có thể save lại.
Chọn file sẽ xuất ra file text ta phải mở bằng excel ( login vào OMC và sử
dụng chương trình FTP để đọc ra )

Để lấy KPI về các Tham số RF như : RxQuality ,BER ,FER ,PATHBALANE,RF-LOSS ,IOI… bao gồm
DOWNLINK và UPLINK ta chọn Deveice type là CARRIER và tương tự như trên muốn lấy thông kê nào
ta chọn loại KPI đó trong Statistics
