CONNECTING BOP COMPONENTS
BOP COMPONENTS CAN CONNECT TO OTHER BOP COMPONENTS. TO DO THIS, LEFT CLICK AND DRAG A
BOP COMPONENT ON TOP OF ANOTHER BOP COMPONENT. WHEN THE TWO COMPONENTS TOUCH
THE SINGLE CONNECTION POINT ON EACH WILL CONVERT TO HAVE CONNECTION POINTS ON BOTH
SIDES WHERE THE 2 COMPONENTS MEET. THIS INDICATES THAT THE TWO COMPONENTS ARE
CONNECTED AS DEPICTED IN THE IMAGE BELOW. WELL HEAD COMPONENT IS ABLE TO BE DELETED IF
DESIRED.

ROTATING COMPONENTS
COMPONENTS SUCH AS VALVES, TEES, AND ELBOWS CAN BE ROTATED . TO DO THIS
DOUBLE CLICK A COMPONENT TO ACTIVATE IT. NOW SELECT THE ROTATE ICON ABOVE

LINKS REPRESENT FLOW PATHS BETWEEN COMPONENTS. TO CREATE A LINK, HOLD LEFT CLICK ON A
CONNECTION POINT OF A COMPONENT, THEN DRAG TO A CONNECTION POINT OF ANOTHER
COMPONENT. IF THE LINK IS NOT CONNECTED PROPERLY THE COLOR OF THE LINK WILL BE YELLOW, A
CONNECTED LINK WILL BE GREY.
CHANGING/DELETING LINKS
LINKS WILL AUTOMATICALLY SELECT A DIRECT PATH FROM ONE COMPONENT TO
ANOTHER. IF THE PATH IS NOT DESIRABLE YOU CAN CHANGE THE PATH. TO DO THIS
LEFT CLICK, HOLD, AND DRAG THE PATH TO THE DESIRED LOCATION.
IF YOU DRAG A PATH TO AN UNDESIRED POSITION HOVER OVER THE LINK AND
SELECT THE BLACK “X” TO REMOVE THAT MOVE.
REMOVING A LINK IS DONE IN A SIMILAR MANNER, JUST HOVER OVER THE LINK AND
SELECT THE RED “X” TO REMOVE THE LINK COMPLETELY.
RENAMING LINKS
LINKS CAN HAVE PROPERTIES EDITED BY CLICKING ON THE COG ICON. THIS WILL ALLOW
THE USER TO CHANGE THE LINK NAME, LONG NAME, MAX PRESSURE AND VALIDATION
PRESSURE.

IMPORTANT NOTE
BUILD CONFIGURATIONS SHOULD NOT BE USED TO CREATE COPIES OF ALL TEST PLANS. IF A PROJECT
HAS MORE THAN 32 TESTS IT WILL CAUSE REPORTING ERRORS.
IMPORTANT NOTE
BUILD CONFIGURATIONS THAT HAVE TEST PLANS THAT HAVE TEST DATA ASSOCIATED WITH THEM
WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO BE DELETED.

MULTIPLE TRANSDUCERS CAN BE ASSIGNED TO THE SOFTWARE GLOBALLY .
THE CERTIFICATION EXPIRATIONS ARE TRACKED TO ENSURE
ALL TRANSDUCERS ARE IN CERTIFICATION. WHEN THE
SOFTWARE IS OPEN ANY TRANSDUCER WITHIN 60 DAYS OF
EXPIRING WILL POPULATE A WARNING IN THE UPPER RIGHT
HAND CORNER OF THE SOFTWARE.
