PEA Showing Underlying Normal Sinus with LBBB
Apply BSI and check for scene safety
Manage ABCs
CPR at a rate of at least 100 with a 30:2 compression to ventilation ratio
Provide Oxygen to saturation > 94%
Obtain IV Access
Apply cardiac monitor
Obtain SAMPLE history
1mg epinephrine 1:10000 IVP every 3-5 minutes
Consider H&Ts
Attempt ET tube, switch to continuous CPR if succesful
Transport to nearest appropriate facility
