Kindly note that I/we hereby apply for inactivation/ temporary suspension of my/ our aforementioned Trading Account(s).
I/We understand that my/our request for inactivation / temporary suspension of the aforementioned trading account(s) is
subject to:
1) Due fulfilment of all my/our obligations towards NJ India Invest Private Limited.
2) Inactivation / temporary suspension of the above account(s) will not affect my/ our liabilities and obligations and I/we
shall be liable for satisfactory completion of all transactions effected prior to the closure date.
3) I/we further agree that such liabilities/ obligations shall continue to subsist and vest in/ be binding on me/us or my/our
respective heirs, executors, assignees, administrators, legal representatives or successors, as the case may be.
Furthermore, if I/we wish to re-activate aforementioned UCC for Equity/ Cash segment of NSE and/or BSE, I/we will make
a written request to NJ India Invest Private Limited in advance for the same.
In view of the above, I/we request NJ India Invest Private Limited to please process my/our request for inactivation/
temporary suspension of my/our aforementioned Trading Account(s).
