Special attention must be payed while carrying the asymmetric shaped dissolver unit.

ASSEMBLY AND START UP
A. ASSEMBLY
-
The dissolver fixing chassis must be fixed over the tank, as dissolver tank axis and tank
middle axis are the same
-
Complete parallelism must be obtained between the ground and the surface where
dissolver will be fitted.
-
Lifted unit will be settled on the prepared chassis as described in the “Carrying” section.
-
The dissolver shaft and propeller should be taken inside of the tank from the tank cover
and then mounted directly to the gear-box with hollow shaft by the pulling washer and
pulling bolt.
-
The vertical position of the dissolver shaft have to be obtained by the lifting devices on the
drive or by the adjustment eyebolts fixed to the body lifting eyebolt holes.

Body fixing bolts have to be fastened by placing setting plates under the body sheet if
necessary.
-
Check again, if the position of the dissolver is vertical and if the bolts fastened adequately.
-
The electric control panel should be mounted to a suitable place by the sight of dissolver
unit.
-
The electrical connections, the elc. control panel-motor and elc. control panel-network
must be done by a licenced electrician appropriate to schemes provided in appendix.
B. START UP
-
The dissolver unit is delivered as oil filled sufficiently.
-
Fill the tank with water for testing operation
-
Definetely do not run the dissolver while the tank is empty
-
Check the dissolver rotating direction by operating for a short time in low revolution.
Change the electrical connections to obtain the right rotating direction if necessary.

The rotating direction of the dissolver is mentioned on it’s body.
-
Run the unit in low speed for a while, to observe if any abnormal voice , vibration etc.
exist.

If everything is appropriate choose the high speed level and examine the system again.

MAINTENANCE
-
Before starting to work on the dissolver unit. Make certain that the unit is not running and
will not be operated by any person.
-
In first operation check the tightness of the fixing bolts after a 4 – 5 hours operation.
-
Check the belt tension, check for wears etc.
-
Check tightness of the fixing bolts, tension of the belt, wear level of the propeller once a
month.
SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
-
Before beginning to the assembly and start up works, read this maintenance and safety
instructions carefully and contact with the manufacturer for any incomprehensible
subjects.
-
All of the mechanical assembly and electrical installation works must be done by
experienced staff.
-
Pay special attention to carrying and lifting matters.
-
Definetely do not run the dissolver unit without belt protection cover
