Element 1: Interview

Ethical Responsibilities – review laws and address how they must address these.
Legislative Requirements – does this imped on your teaching? Are you finding there are
more demands on teachers due to external stakeholders expecting more?
Admin duties – do they take time away from learning?
Organisation responsibilities – do you have enough time to plan and prepare?
Use of ICT safely, responsibly and ethically, by themselves and by students.
How do they view school, government rules and do they agree with them?
Include questions in the appendix and then summarise and sythesise the responses for element one.

subject and where they taught.
