WHEREAS, the Regional Office Human Resource Merit Promotion and Selection Board,
convening for the purpose of deliberating First and Second Level position, passed upon the
qualification of candidates in filling up of the vacant _________ position in ____________;
WHEREAS, the said ____________ position is part of the 2,079 newly created engineer
position intended for the DPWH Regional Offices and District Engineering Offices in support to
the implementation of infrastructure projects, specifically those that support the "Build, Build,
Build" Program per DBM letter dated September 9, 2019;
WHEREAS, in compliance with R.A. 7041, the subject vacancy was published in the
CSC Website on ___________;
WHEREAS, pursuant to D.O. 33 s. 2016, the qualifications and credentials of the
applicants were validated by the RO HRMPSB-TWG taking into consideration their relevant
education and appropriate eligibility required for said vacancy;
WHEREAS, the result of said validation shows that the ________ applicants have met
the minimum qualification requirements of said vacant position;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE REGIONAL OFFICE HUMAN RESOURCE MERIT
PROMOTION AND SELECTION BOARD RESOLVED, AS IT HEREBY RESOLVES, to submit
