The entrepreneur is the person who establishes a new business by himself and bears
all the risks and consequences of this work. He has the skills and initiative necessary
to anticipate current and future needs and bring good new ideas to market.
Despite this, everything has its advantage and disadvantage, so do entrepreneurs
have more advantages or disadvantages?
One of the main advantages of being an entrepreneur is that they have a flexible
schedule. Also, they can meet with like-minded people, choose who to work with and in
the end, they have the best offices.
On the other hand, there are disadvantages to being an entrepreneur. First, they must
be a natural leader to find success in this field. Second, they won't earn much in the
first year or more of their efforts. And finally, they are always scrutinized by their
customers and employees.
