Currently working as, a Substation Isolation Operator in Doha Metro Phase 1 project for MHI in Qatar.
Operation and Monitoring of 33kV GIS Medium Voltage Substation in Doha metro phase 1 project (Red
line & Green line & Gold line) for MITSUBISHI HEAVYINDUSTRIES LIMITED.
Nature of Work:
⮚ As an Electrical Isolation Operator I perform the necessary switching onsite under the instructions
of the Line Electrical Controller.
⮚ Perform switching inside the power supply technical rooms (TPS&SPS) and also on some traction
power supply cabinets located inside the depot.
⮚ I issue the work permit with electrical isolation to the persons in charge of the works (Permit To
Work- PTW).
⮚ Third Rail Earthing Device (TRED) Installation and Removing.
⮚ Perform Electrical Isolation with Lockout Tagout following day by day.

Circuit Breaker), MCCB (Moulded Case Circuit Breaker) in 415V LV Panel.
⮚ Operation and Monitoring of 3250KVA-2no's Rectifier Transformer & 2660KVA-1no's Inverter
Transformer in TPS.
⮚ Operation of OVPD (Over Voltage Protection Device), Positive Isolator and Negative Isolator Panel
inTPS. Operation of BLS (Blue Light Station) control panel inTPS and Track areas.
⮚ Operation And Monitoring Of HSCB (High Speed Circuit Breaker) Rated at 4000A in 750V DC
Switchgear Panel.
