IV. Answer the following
1. Why was Alice bored?
A. Alice was bored because her sister was
reading out to her a book that had no
pictures.
2. What was striking about the white
rabbit?
A. The white rabbit was wearing a waist
coat and was looking at his pocket
watch.
3. Could Alice enter the garden? Why? A.
Alice couldn't enter the garden because
she was too big and after drinking the
potion, she became far too small to even
reach the key.
4. What was special about the bottle and
the box?
A. The bottle and the box had ‘DRINK
ME’ and 'EAT ME' labels on them
respectively. While the potion in the
bottle made Alice tiny, the cake made
her grow bigger in size.
5. Why did Alice begin to cry?
A. Alice began to cry as there was no way
she could get out to the garden.
