A REWARD/REFERRAL PROGRAMME
The common Customer Loyalty Programme
one will find in both the retail and hospitality
business is a discount system, which is either
instantly awarded or accumulated as points
for the customer.
DRYV is a prototype model, that is in a class
of its own. Designed to not just do the above,
DRYV multiplies those little discounts into
meaningful
percentages,
which
is
accumulated for the customer, ensuring a
sizeable sum at cash-out. This cash-out will
be as vouchers that can only be used within
the same place.
With DRYV,
every purchase
by customers
are potential
investments
that promise
them returns in
cash.
The DRYV model has in itself a driver that
converts every customer to a potential
marketer for your Businesses.
This is infused in DRYV's referral
programme, which entitles a customer to
a bonus every time his/her referral makes
any purchase from either the Fast Food or
Mall, YES WE MEAN EVERY TIME!
Note: that this bonus is at no extra cost to
either the business or the customer
during purchase.

FEATURES
Rewards are paid on every single transaction.
The rewards are not instant. Each reward is
paid into the customer's "DRYV Wallet" when
the reward progress percentage reaches 100%.
This is determined by the frequency/volume of
transactions carried out.
When reward is paid, user gets notified via push,
both in-app and e-mail.
The reward can only be cashed out by the
customer twice every year (before Easter and
before Christmas), as vouchers which can only
be used within the eatry or Mall, as issued.
To refer a new customer, an existing customer will
share his/her referral code with the new customer,
with which the new customer will complete his/her
registration process. The app will confirm the code
by displaying the existing customer's registered
name when the code is entered.
The customer will be able to see the reward
status of all his/her transactions either as
"pending" or "paid", from his/her transaction
history. The status is dependent on the
percentage progress of the reward, which will
be equally visible.
The reward percentage to the customer is based
on the product category it belongs to and the
percentage discount setting (see page 8).
For every transaction the referral carries out, the
referee is entitled to a certain percentage. This is
called "The Referral Reward". This reward will also
be paid into the referees DRYV Wallet.

CONCEPT
The referee's reward is not instant... it is paid per
transaction by the referral and it is paid to the
referee when that particular transaction by
referral gets his own reward for purchasing.
DRYV's concept is basically founded upon a detailed
and
well
documented
sharing
formula,
programmed to work automatically to reward every
transaction detail that it is furnished with.
The referee will have a referrals section on his
dashboard, where he will see all his referrals by
name. A click on any of the name drops down to
show the transactions by that referrals, as well as
the percentage progress of the transaction, if
paid, he simply sees "paid" and the amount paid.
And as long as there is constant sales going on,
every transaction MUST cash out a reward that is not
just a paltry discount, yet this reward is based on
discounts given. And the more transactions come in,
the faster the rewards.
In addition, the referee and referral will get a
100% cashback coupon when a successful
referral is made. This coupon can only be used to
purchase a particular item. And this MUST be an
item with at least 100% profit margin.
You can think of this as an automated version of
what businesses like forever living products and
Edmark do, just that in this case, the customers are
the ones getting rewarded for every transaction

DRYV is not for sale. The owners of DRYV offer a
simple partnership where DRYV will be deployed
in your business and the entire Reward and
Referral Systems managed by us and in return,
you grant us the right to deploy our recharge and
bills payment solutions within your app, which
offers the same reward system for completed
transactions.
DRYV depends on accurate data imputation and
has zero tolerance for mistakes/errors. Therefore, a
dedicated staff will be deployed, whose
remuneration will be The Choice's responsibility.
The major job description of this staff will be to
ensure quality control as well as ensure that data
updated by the business managers to the app are
accurate at all time.
