a)The five techniques a good facilitator will use which are in accordance to the five conversation
framework are:
i)Climate Review:
This review helps to find out how your team members feel about their jobs, enthusiasm, and
collaboration.It give you a sense of how your team is doing right now.It detect (and solve) any
challenges that your team may be experiencing.
ii)Strength and Talents:
It determines each team member's strengths and natural abilities.It also
create positions for them depending on their skills and abilities.It means how you can use the
strength and talents in future or current roles of the workplace.
iii)Opportunities for growth:
It analyse the existing and expected performance requirements.It gives you an abilities to meet and
discuss on specific strategies to improve performance so that it meets or exceeds expectations.
Ensure that expectations are in line with the company's long-term goals.
iv)Learning and development:
It develops learning strategies that will help your teammates concentrate on their strengths and
improve their performance in major aspects.It also means support and growth throughout the
learning process.
v)Innovation and continuous development:
Get a different perspective on your team by talking to its members. Determine how you can assist
your team members in being more efficient as individuals and as a group.

What learning and
development would I
benefit from?
Well, since I gave a training to one of my team member and regarding her
weak points and feedback, I as an trainer need to execute new methods and
strategies to be able to interact and communicate properly and professionally
with the team member which must be relevant to the training session in future.
I need to develop my communication and listening skills as well as
experiencing new effective learning materials.
