It is with great humility that I ask to be the next owner and occupant of your family’s beautiful home on
Sunmist Dr. As a first-time homebuyer, I have dreamt my whole life about the place I could finally call
my own. It has been a motivation throughout my adult life to work harder, save more, and chase my
ambitions, so that I may one day have a place to hang my hat and take pride of ownership in. I bagged
groceries in the town where I grew up, Santa Cruz, in Northern California, and have worked every day of
my life since, both as a student and a professional. After graduating from UC Santa Cruz, I have lived all
over Southern California, from San Diego to Santa Barbara, and many places in between. I found my
passion working as a strategic sourcing and supply chain professional, and volunteering for the local pug
rescue, Pug Nation.
After having looked at dozens of homes, this one said “hello” to me as soon as I walked through the
threshold. I am looking for a nest for my future family, a private oasis that will be filled with love,
laughter, and memories. I’ve found that truly unique nest in this property. I love to entertain, and take
so much joy in bringing happiness to my friends and family who share the intimate spaces of my home. I
plan on taking full advantage of the abundant outdoor space, including activities with kids, meals with
family and friends, and cozy glasses of wine by the fire pit.
The indoor space is so unique and special, and I plan on enhancing each room with the utmost of care
and attention. I envision living quarters that are open, inviting and embracing the natural light that the
SoCal sun provides. The downstairs room will certainly be a communal space meant for relaxation and
engagement. This is my forever home, and generations of my family will meet there to enjoy life and
each other.
