To help you manifest one BIG goal over the next 3 weeks.
That goal could be to attract $10,000… to find your dream

be realistic, yet big and abundant.

you get to make the first decision.
Consider: What big goal would you like to achieve?
At first, the thought of contemplating such a lofty goal may seem
overly audacious.
But once you uncover the true science behind manifesting, you’ll

The Untold Truth Behind
the Law of Attraction
You’ve probably already heard of the Law of Attraction.
You may have even had a little success with it in the past. Yet a
recent survey found that 94% of individuals that try the Law of
Attraction fail to attract results.
But why?
A core tenet of the Law of Attraction is the mantra “Ask, Believe,
Receive”. In essence, the premise is based on “wishing” and
“hoping”. And this unfortunate truth makes it the adult equivalent
of believing in Santa Claus.
To really get results, you need to tap into the science of
Manifesting.
Manifesting plugs the gaps left behind by the Law of Attraction.

To begin, you need to understand a straightforward practice that
we call the 5-Step Manifesting Technique.
This seemingly simple process is backed by some of the most
incredible science you will ever encounter. It’s covered in detail

For now, however, you only need to try out the technique yourself
in order to uncover the results.

Now, we’ll be combining all of these 5 steps into a simple
10-minute manifesting routine you can do for each day over the
coming 3 weeks. You’ll typically spend 2 minutes on each of the
steps.

Here’s how your 10-minute routine will work each day:

Step 1 - Focus - 2 minutes
This is where you take time to really zoom in on precisely what
you want to achieve. Get absolute clarity in your head: “I want to
have $10,000 in my checking account by [exact date].” Mentally
run through your goal in detail, to kickstart the Reticular
Activating System part of your brain.

Step 2 - Boost - 2 minutes
This is where you get super-excited about your goal! Let the thrill
of achieving it fill your body. Search for images that demonstrate
your future lifestyle. Play upbeat music, and get yourself pumped
up while visualizing! This tells the amygdala what’s important,
helping your brain filter the noise and make the best manifesting
decisions.

Step 3 - Release - 2 minutes
The idea behind ‘releasing’ is to let go of the inner-obstacles that
may be sabotaging your results, or stopping you from taking
action. There are several releasing methods. The easiest way to do
this is to get centered, think of your goal, and if you feel any
resistance inside, ask yourself the question: “Can I let this go?”,
answer yes/no honestly, and feel yourself ‘unclenching’ as you
breathe out. Even a “no” is a release. This process reduces cortisol
and shifts mental perspective.
(This can be one of the trickiest parts of the process! The full
Manifesting.com course contains several guided walk-throughs of this
technique, alongside alternative methods you can use.)

Step 4 - Gratitude - 2 minutes
When we’re feeling happy, work becomes effortless, and life just
flows. The quickest way to unlock this positive state is to engage in
a daily gratitude practice. Think: sitting down and making a list of
all the things you are truly grateful for in your life, or sending
messages of gratitude to some of your closest friends. This also
increases hypothalamus activity, which helps further regulate
wellbeing.

Step 5 - GO! - 2 minutes
This is the natural culmination of the previous four steps! You’re
now in the Manifesting Zone and ready to take inspired action!
Write down the steps you will take today that may shift you closer
to your goals. They don’t have to be big: it can be as simple as
firing off a couple of speculative email messages, or doing a little
business research. Be creative, follow your gut, and engage with
the outside world.

And that’s it!
As you rinse-and-repeat this formula, once each morning, you’ll
soon start to realize how every daily repetition compounds,
delivering greater results and insights.
And all taking you closer to your goal, each and every day.

What a great way to start the week!
Remember: Over the next three weeks, you will manifest your big
goal, however audacious it may be. That’s a fact, and we’ll work
together to prove it.
Now, your first step is to print out this journal, if possible.
The very act of getting something down on paper highlights its
significance to the limbic system, which immediately begins
shifting the outcome.
So, print out this journal, and scribble down any thoughts as we
move along.
The second step today is to simply sign the below statement.
This is a self-promise that you will commit to this manifesting
process for the next 3 weeks.
Consider this an experiment. You don’t know if it’ll work or not,
but you’d love to be pleasantly surprised. So, with that open
attitude in mind, print and sign away.

find it works better in the morning. It sets you up for a great day,

It may seem a little slow right now, but…
Kudos to you! You’re already making progress!
Let’s make one thing absolutely clear: the 5-Step Manifesting
Technique works. The science backs it up entirely. This is not “the
Law of Attraction” and doesn’t require any belief.
For the full lowdown of the nitty-gritty science, grab a copy of the
full course. For now, however, just know that this works.
But, there’s one caveat: you need to be consistent.
And that means making the 5-Step Manifesting Technique part of
your everyday routine!
The best way to make this happen is to “attach it” to another
routine.
So, for example, you may decide to practice the technique every
day, immediately after you’ve finished brushing your teeth, or
taking your vitamins, or on waking up.
Just find something that you do every day in the morning, without
fail, and commit to ‘tagging on’ this technique at the end of that
habit.
At least for the following three weeks, while you test this process.

You’re already well on your way!
Today will be the third day you’ve started your morning with the
5-Step Manifesting Technique.
And you’re probably already starting to notice small shifts.
Perhaps you generally just feel a little chirpier than usual, or more
able to take what life throws at you. Maybe you’ve even spotted a
couple of opportunities, or made connections that could really
help in future.
They say that “life can only be lived going forward, but only
understood looking backward”.
The 5-Step Manifesting Technique helps provide your brain with
the map, so that it can understand where it’s going, and then use
its incredible resources to ensure you get there.
Which is another way of saying: your big audacious goal is getting

Yay! It’s the weekend!
And if you’re holding down a regular 9-5 job, that might mean this
is one of the few times you’ll have to put any real time into
Step 5: GO!
So, if you can, try to take a little time out this weekend to shift
toward taking inspired action.
Open yourself to the world, and decide on what actions might
just move you closer to your goal.
You don’t need to know all of the answers right now, just follow
your gut instinct. That may sound wishy-washy, but the gut is
responsible for 95% of the body’s supply of serotonin, which
influences your emotions and mood. So, trust it with conviction!

This week, we’ll deepen your work with the 5-Step Manifesting
Technique, by spending a little more time looking at each of the
individual five steps.
And that all starts today, with Step 1: Focus.
Are you absolutely clear on what you want? Really?
The sharper your goal, the more likely its fruition.
But could you get any clearer?
Try searching Google Images for pictures related to your goal.
What does it look like to you? How will it make you feel inside? If
you’re manifesting something physical, think about its size, how it
feels to touch, how heavy it is, even what it smells like.
Consider taking a few extra minutes out today to really Focus.
Again, your primary mission today is simple:

Things are going GREAT!
Have you started to sense how your mood has changed over the
past 10 days? Perhaps you’ve even had a few comments, and
didn’t really connect the dots until now.
If you’ve been continuing with the 5-Step Manifesting Technique
each day, you may have started to sense a few deeper shifts.
Everything is coming up roses!
Today, perhaps take a few extra moments to zoom in on
Step 2: Boost.
This is one of the most enjoyable steps, because it gives you a
chance to let your imagination run wild, and truly get excited as
you “fantasize” about how life will be once your goal has been
achieved.
Think about it: You’ve suddenly achieved your objective, and your
goal has been accomplished. Whether it’s abundance, love, or a
Bugatti Veyron. Think about what you’ll do with it, how it’ll make
you feel, and how others will feel around you.

If you’ve manifested money, perhaps your neighbors will be green
with envy. Maybe you’ll treat your closest friends to the trip of a
lifetime. Or perhaps you’ll use the money to invest in your future.
Try playing a little evocative music as you visualize today. One of
our multi-millionaire clients does this daily to the “Jurassic Park”
theme tune. What music would work for you?

WEEK 2: Thursday
We’re nearing the end of the second week!
This is where things get exciting. If you haven’t already
materialized your big goal… then it’s just around the corner!
Today, try to spend a little more time on Step 3: Release.
Now, this really is one of the trickiest steps in the 5-Step
Manifesting Technique, because it’s something you need to feel.
The main course provides several techniques for doing this,
covering everything from “tapping” to meditation to several weird
and wonderful “brain hacks”. But the simplest method is as
follows.
Firstly, think of your goal.
And if you feel any sense of resistance inside… a voice telling you
“there’s no way that will happen” or “that goal is way too big for
me!”...
Then simply connect with that feeling inside.
And ask yourself the simple question: “Can I … let this go?”
In other words, can you let go of the attachment you have to that
emotion.

Remember, emotions aren’t you. They’re just things you
experience. You may say that you’re sad, but you’re actually just
experiencing sadness. Emotions are transient, and we sometimes
hold on to them for longer than we need to.
Once we realize that we can let go of emotions, on demand, life
becomes a lot easier — and we unravel the internal resistance that
can subconsciously sabotage our success.
So, again, ask yourself that question: “Can I… let this go?”
Then answer either “Yes” or “No”.
If you answer “Yes”, then feel yourself unclench the grasp you had
on that emotion. Genuinely feel the release in your mind and
chest, as you let it go, and enjoy that sense of relief.
And here’s the good news: If you answer “No”, that’s still a release!
It simply moves you further forward toward accepting that
attachment, which still takes you to that peaceful place.
Then just keep cycling through the process, over and over: connect
and release, connect and release. Emotional blockages are often
like layers of an onion, and with each repetition, you remove
another layer permanently.
Try to give yourself a little extra releasing time today, if you can.
However, your main mission today, as ever in this journal, is:

It’s Feel-Good Friday!
And that’s why today, in addition to practicing the 5-Step
Manifesting Technique, we’re going to suggest that you put a little
more time into Step 4: Gratitude.
And this step truly feels great!
Imagine, for a moment, stepping into a bakery. Suddenly, your
senses are overwhelmed: the smell of freshly-baked bread makes
you salivate.
But, after a short period, you begin to adjust to the sensory
delights, and that situation just becomes “normal”.
That rapid adaptation is hard-wired into humans by evolution.
When something is around us long enough, it turns into just
“background noise”. This helped our prehistoric selves quickly
spot a “signal” (such as the sudden appearance of a lion), which
ultimately helped in survival.
But modern life is significantly different to those primordial days,
and ignoring our blessings is now known to be a shortcut to
sadness.
The Gratitude step is all about reminding ourselves just how good
we have it right now!

This process ignites your hypothalamus, lifts your mood, and puts
you in the exact positive mindset you need to manifest.
The science behind this step is incredible, and is explored more in
the full course.
But, for now, try to take a little extra time out today to practice
more gratitude. Perhaps make notes in this journal of the people
you’re grateful for. Maybe make a donation to a favorite charity. Or
decide to tell a friend or family member how loved they are.
Perhaps even contemplate, in the vastness of life and the universe,
how very lucky you are to be alive… right now… reading these
words.
Whether we feel it or not, we each have a lot to be grateful for.
Today, try to sense a little more of the sun in your life, all alongside

you’ve probably got more of an idea of what “inspired action”
really means to you.
What does your gut say is the next best step to take?
And, this weekend, can you take it?
Now, weekends can be busy, and family life often slows us down,
but don’t worry. Nothing has to be a burden.
Just do the best you can, and enjoy the ride.
