1. OBJETIVE
This document defines technical requirements for design, manufacture, and manufacturer
acceptance testing of a 3 kVA or larger Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system, to be installed
in the stations of “FEED TO OIL REFINED PRODUCTS PIPELINE FROM TUXPAN VERACRUZ
STORAGE & RECEPTION TERMINAL TO SAHAGÚN HIDALGO STORAGE & DISTRIBUTION
TERMINAL”
2. SCOPE
This specification defines the minimum requirements for design, fabrication, inspection, testing,
shipment, and documentation for a complete pulse width modulated (PWM) on-line, UPS system.
The VENDOR shall guarantee that the design and the fabrication shall be according with the
applicable codes, standards and this specification.
All deviations from this Technical Specification, Data Sheet, the Purchase Order, or the drawings
shall have the written approval of the Client or Contractor representative.

4. REFERENCE STANDARDS AND CODES
The UPS system shall be designed, manufactured and tested according to the requirements of the
relevant applicable NMX, NOM and ANSI/IEEE and NEMA standards. The listed standards and
Codes, together with their all parts and subparts, shall be applied considering their latest applicable
issue available.

6. DEFINITIONS
Definition presented in this Specification have precedence over other definitions. Conflict between
various definitions shall be brought to the attention of Company Representative and Contractor for
resolution.
CLIENT:
Is the party which promotes the project and defines the design
and construction of the scope of work.
The CLIENT may also include an agent or consultant (PMC),
authorized to act on its behalf.
CONTRACTOR:
Is the party which carries out all or part of the design,
engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning for
the project.
MANUFACTURER/ SUPPLIER/ Is the party which manufactures or supplies equipment and
VENDOR:
services to perform the duties specified by the EPC CONTRACTOR

7. GENERAL REQUIREMENTS
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system, shall operate in conjunction with facility normal AC
power distribution system power to supply conditioned regulated uninterruptible electrical power
to critical electrical and electronic equipment loads.
7.1. Proposal
Technical proposal, as a minimum, shall include the following:











Description of ratings, configuration, and operation of proposed UPS.
Completed UPS data sheet.
Outline drawings of equipment, showing dimensions and weight.
One-line electrical diagram of UPS, showing controls and alarms.
UPS installation site environmental limitations including temperature, humidity, and
atmospheric contaminants limits.
UPS maximum full load heat loss in Watt.
Schedule of maintenance training available for system proposed, including tuition costs.
List of all deviations and exceptions to this specification, including a description of offered
alternatives (such as vendor standard equipment suitable for specified service and
comparable to equipment herein specified).
Delivery time from placement of order.
Spare part availability and cost.
Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) for batteries.
8. SYSTEM FREQUENCY AND VOLTAGE LEVELS
Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) system, shall operate in conjunction with facility normal AC
power distribution system power to supply conditioned regulated uninterruptible electrical power
to critical electrical and electronic equipment loads.
8.1. Frequency
The frequency of the electrical system is 60 Hz.

9. DESIGN REQUIREMENTS
9.1. General Requirements
The UPS shall be a solid state double conversion system consisting of converter, battery, charger,
inverter, protective devices and additional items as specified in the Data Sheet.
The UPS shall be rated for continuous duty.
AC UPS systems shall be provided for Instrumentation and Telecommunication systems.
The AC UPS shall be capable of supplying the total connected load independently.
Each AC UPS unit shall be composed by:





No. 1 Inverter (with transformer)
No. 1 Battery bank
No. 1 Main AC Distribution Board
AC UPS will have incorporated main supplier distribution board. UPS outgoing will be connected to
distribution panel through cable feeders.
AC UPS shall be equipped with line filters in order to protect the equipment from transient voltage
spikes which might occur on the main power supply.
AC UPS shall be provided with alarms, indicators and trip facilities in order to protect the
equipment and to provide clear indication of operating status.
The AC UPS shall ensure uninterrupted power for a minimum of 30 minutes (autonomy) with
vented lead acid (VLA) type batteries.
In battery room the operating temperature can reach 42°C. Therefore VLA battery life and capacity
will be decreased accordingly.
The AC UPS system shall have 20% spare capacity over the full load.
9.2. Materials
Materials, components, and parts comprising UPS shall be new, current, and of readily available
manufacture.
9.3. Enclosures
UPS equipment, except batteries, shall be housed in free-standing, dead-front, ventilated NEMA 1
steel sheet enclosure(s), with welded steel framework, to compose an uniform matching suite.
The panels shall be suitable for floor mounting, against a wall.
Panels shall consist of self-supporting rigid structures, made of steel sheets and shapes or by
welded or bolted reinforced steel sheets. The thickness of the supporting steel sheet shall not be
less than 2.0 mm.

The panels shall be supplied with a steel shape base frame (complete with anchor bolts) and to be
blocked to the floor.
All metal parts of the panels shall be suitably treated to prevent corrosion and paint deterioration.
Plates shall be provided for cables of the types and sizes specified on the data sheets, entering from
the direction specified. Cables enter shall be specified in data sheets, when Cables Enter is from
below and the plate shall be at least 100 mm above floor level.
Doors shall be fitted with hinges, with corrosion and age resistant gaskets and with handle and lock
complete with key.
Grounding of doors will be made by flexible copper braid.
The panels shall be sized to permit the installation of the various equipments taking into account
the minimum safety spacing.
Being the rear of the enclosure to be located against the wall, all the commands and the
components must be accessible from the front, for operation, installation and maintenance.
Segregation of the UPS components shall be provided for the following:




Rectifier-inverter
Back up transformer
Harmonic filter
Battery circuit breaker
Required treatment and colour code will be specified on relevant Data Sheet.
Provisions for forklift handling or top lifting devices shall be provided that do not cause distortion
of cabinet.
9.4. Ventilation
The enclosure shall be provided with fans and/or ventilating louvers for forced air cooling.
Natural convection cooling shall be used, if practicable. If forced air cooling is necessary, redundant
fans shall be provided.
Fans shall be supplied with all necessary controls and shall be fed from the inverter output through
a fused switch.
A “Fan Failure” alarm shall be made available.
Air inlet and exhaust openings shall be protected with expanded metal guards.
9.5. Bus bars
Bus bars shall always be of electrolytic copper, sheathed, and will be able to withstand thermal and
dynamic stresses due to the short circuit currents.
When sheathed or embedded in resin bars are used, the resin and sheaths shall be of the flameretardant type and shall be resistant to superficial discharge.

In the connection points bars shall be protected against oxidation.
Bus bars supports shall be made of non-hygroscopic non-flammable material and manufactured in
order to avoid the dust deposit, superficial discharge and formation of condense.
The assembly shall be equipped with an earthing bar.
9.6. Construction
Solid-state power switching modules shall be serviceable and removable from front of UPS.
Electrical/mechanical interlocks shall prevent system operation if all boards are not properly
installed or connected.
Printed circuit boards and slots shall be keyed or identified on the backplane in a method to assure
matching.
UPS shall be designed to permit easy access to power switching and control modules and printed
circuit boards.
Placement of components, test points, and terminals shall be accessible without disassembly of
other components for circuit checking, adjustment, troubleshooting, and maintenance from front of
UPS without removal of any adjacent module or assembly.
9.7. Wiring and External Connections
UPS internal wiring shall be tagged with permanent labels at each termination, terminal block, and
device.
Wire label designations shall identify the terminals (from and to) where the wire is connected and
which correspond to UPS schematic and wiring diagrams.
AC source input, DC output and AC output power connections shall be bolted type.
External wiring, including AC input, alternate AC source, DC battery input, AC output, grounding,
and alarms, shall be side, bottom cable entrance and shall connect to functionally identified
terminals within UPS enclosure.
Wiring shall be stranded copper conductor with flame-retardant, low-smoke, halogen-free
insulation.
9.8. Components
Active components shall be solid-state.
Semiconductor devices and relays shall be enclosed.
Power semiconductors shall operate at 60%, maximum, of manufacturer’s current rating at full
load.

9.9. Surge Suppression
UPS inputs (rectifier/charger and alternate line) shall have built-in transient voltage surge
suppression as well as under voltage and over voltage protection in accordance with IEEE Std 1100.
Protection devices shall have failure indication alarm.
UPS shall attenuate an input AC transient by a ratio of 2000:1 when tested to ANSI/IEEE C62.41
and C62.45 Category A and Category B.
9.10. EMI & RFI Suppression
Electromagnetic effects shall be minimized to ensure computer and other electronic systems shall
not adversely affect UPS or be adversely affected by UPS.
9.11. Grounding
UPS output AC power neutral shall be landed on a separate terminal and be electrically isolated
from UPS chassis.
A grounding lug or terminal shall be provided for equipment grounding at UPS enclosure.
9.12. Noise
Audible noise generated by UPS under any condition of operation shall not exceed a sound pressure
level of 70 dbA measured at 1 m from any surface of UPS enclosure.
9.13. Magnetic Component Insulation
Magnetic components (transformers and inductors) shall have NEMA Class H rated sealed
insulation, but temperature rise shall not exceed NEMA Class F insulation temperatures rise limits.
9.14. Safety
Capacitors and capacitor banks shall be fitted with resistors that discharge capacitors to a safe
voltage within approximately one minute after removal of external power.
It would not be possible to close the inverter output breaker until the capacitor pre-charge
sequence completion.

10.DETAILED UPS REQUIREMENTS
10.1. Rectifier/Charger
10.1.1.
Input Voltage and Frequency
Rectifier/charger input voltage, frequency, phase, and wires shall be in accordance with UPS data
sheet and shall be self regulating withinn+10/-15% of nominal input voltage and ±5% of nominal
input frequency without transferring the load to the discharging batteries.
10.1.2.
Input Protective and Disconnect Devices
Rectifier/charger shall include surge suppression.
AC source input power connection to rectifier/charger shall be through a thermal/magnetic circuit
breaker.
AC source circuit breaker shall be manually operable from front of UPS enclosure.
Individual phase protection on 3-phase AC source input systems shall be provided.
Power semiconductor circuits or modules, shall be protected by fast acting current limiting fuses,
indicating lamps, or an alpha numerically displayed message shall be provided to indicate blown
fuses.
Input circuit breaker and semiconductor fuses shall be rated so as not to trip when
rectifier/charger is operated in UPS system under any of normal, battery charging, or UPS output
overload conditions specified.
10.1.3.
Input Harmonic Suppression
Rectifier/charger shall be designed to limit any input harmonic current feedback into source to 5%,
maximum, total harmonic distortion with nominal input voltage and rated load.
10.1.4.
Inrush Current Limiting
Rectifier/charger shall be equipped with a timed inrush current limiting circuit causing unit to
assume load gradually after input voltage is applied.
Current shall increase gradually from zero to 100% over a 10 second period.
10.1.5.
Power Factor
Rectifier/charger shall have a minimum input power factor meeting IEEE Std 446. The
rectifier/charger shall maintain a unity to 0.85 lagging power factor under full rated load.
10.1.6.
Output Filtering and Voltage Regulation
Rectifier/charger output shall be filtered to prevent damage to battery. Ripple current shall not
exceed 2% RMS.
Voltage regulation shall not exceed 1% for 0 to 100 percent load.

When the input voltage goes down to 80% of rated value, the battery charger DC output voltage
variations shall be controlled to a value that at least prevents the initiation of battery discharge.
10.1.7.
Capacity
Rectifier/charger shall:
Have sufficient capacity to supply a fully loaded inverter and recharge battery to 95% of its full
capacity within 10 times battery discharge time.
Be capable of supplying an overload current 125%, minimum, of rating for 10 minutes.
10.1.8.
Current Limit
Rectifier/charger shall electronically limit the current at 125% of rated output current.
10.1.9.
Floating Charging
Rectifier/charger shall provide continuous charging of the batteries according to the relevant
batteries current/voltage characteristics and charge voltage to compensate the self-discharge. This
shall permanently maintain the batteries in a fully charged state as long as no current is drawn
from them.
10.1.10.
Boost Charging
Rectifier/charger shall achieve a faster recharge of the batteries in comparison with the operating
mode “Floating Charging”. In this operating mode the batteries shall be charged to a
current/voltage characteristic at an elevated charge voltage.
10.1.11.
Equalize Charging
The rectifier/charger shall be capable of supplying equalize charging voltage for the type of battery
specified. Equalizing charge is required after total discharging, insufficient charging and for
regeneration of a sulphated battery.
Equalize charging shall proceed first charging at constant current; once the charging current goes
down, charger shall switch to constant voltage charging and then to floating charge.
Equalize charging shall be automatically activated after each battery discharge.
10.2. Batteries
10.2.1.
Type and Construction
Batteries shall be lead-calcium, vented (flooded) type, with a life expectancy of 20 years.
The batteries shall be designed for floating service under normal operation with a periodic equalize
charge. The Supplier shall state the recommended float and equalize charging voltage ranges.

Multi-cell batteries shall be designed to allow single cell to be easily replaced in the field.
Copper strips that are used for inter-cell and inter-row connectors shall be protected with a
uniform, homogeneous, lead or lead-alloy coating having a thickness at least 2 mil (0.002 inches).
This coating shall be bonded to copper strips and shall be free of blisters and pinholes.
Connector bolts, nuts, and washers shall be either lead-plated brass or AISI 316 stainless steel.
Battery sets shall be supplied complete with all links, shrouds, accessories, and special tools
required to install and maintain units.
Intercell links shall be one-piece construction. Cable with lugs is not acceptable.
Interbattery and interstring links may be cable with lugs.
Each cell shall be permanently and legibly marked with the following information:





Name of manufacturer
Manufacturer’s type designation relating to number of plates
Ampere-hour capacity
Number of hours on which rating is based
Date of manufacture
A colour-change temperature sticker shall be applied to side of each cell to provide positive
indication whenever cell temperature exceeds 45°C.
The polarity of each cell terminal shall be plainly and durable identified as positive or negative.
10.2.2.
Specific Requirements for Vented (Flooded) Vented Lead Acid Cells
Vented Lead Acid battery construction shall comply with IEEE 484 and IEEE 1184.
Positive plates shall be of the pasted plate construction with grids cast from Vented Lead Acid alloy.
Negative plates shall be of the pasted plate type construction with rigid lead alloy grids.
The plates shall be braced, suspended, or supported from the container or cover in such a way so as
to prevent plate cracking. Between each positive and negative plate there shall be a microporous
separator used to improve electrolyte utilization and insulating qualities while maintaining low
internal resistance.
The cell containers and lids shall be molded of a transparent styrene acrylonitrile or polycarbonate
material. The cell lid shall be permanently sealed to the container to form a leak proof seal.
Lead-acid cell terminal post and inter-cell connectors shall be sized to carry required current at
specified ambient temperature without excessive heating or voltage drop.
Copper inserts (if used in posts and connectors) shall be completely embedded to prevent contact
with electrolyte.
Vent caps shall be equipped with a flame arrestor.
Cells shall be designed with sufficient sediment space to eliminate the need for cleaning out during
rated service life.
Electrolyte level lines, minimum and maximum, shall be marked on the container.
A spill containment system (drip pan) shall be provided.

10.2.3.
Specific Requirements for Valve-Regulated Lead-Acid Batteries
If specified, the batteries provided with the UPS shall be in accordance with PIP ELSAP12 and the
purchaser’s Data Sheet.
Unless otherwise specified on the purchaser’s Data Sheet, batteries shall be sized to provide 30
minutes backup time at the specified load and a 1.0 power factor, in an ambient temperature of
77°F (25°C).
10.2.4.
Sizing
Vented Lead Acid battery sizing shall comply with IEEE 485.
The Supplier shall size battery ampere-hour rating and short time discharge rates per the stated
standards. The capacity shall be based on the load profile, nominal voltage and final discharge
voltage.
The battery rating shall be based an initial minimum temperature of 25°C and a final discharge
voltage of not less than 1.75 volts/cell.
A 1.25 (25%) aging factor shall be applied to the calculated capacity (ampere-hour rating).
In addition, temperature correction factors per the stated standard shall be applied to the capacity
of all battery types based on the design temperatures listed in this specification.
A growth factor equal to 1.0 shall be included in Supplier's battery sizing calculation.
10.2.5.
Battery Racks
Battery racks shall be constructed of welded structural steel frames with:


Bolted-on steel runners and braces
Provisions for anchoring to floor
Rack rails shall have a vinyl or rubber insert.
Rack metal, including hardware and grounding connectors, shall be coated with an electrolyteresistant plastic or an equivalent material.
One quart, minimum, of electrolyte-resistant battery rack coating shall be supplied for use as touchup after rack assembly.
Battery racks for flooded lead-acid cells shall be no more than two-tiers.
10.2.6.
Accessories
A complete set of special accessories normally used for operation, maintenance or testing of the
equipment shall be furnished. Heat-conducting grease and special tools such as non-standard
wrenches, are examples of possible accessories.

All necessary tools and accessories for mounting and maintaining the batteries shall be furnished.
The accessories shall be housed in a vendor-furnished wall-mounted metal storage cabinet. These
items include:











Rod thermometer with pilot cell cap
Anti-oxidation grease in sufficient quantity to coat all connections
Portable hydrometer
Cell voltmeter
Plastic adhesive cell numbers
Funnel
Plastic bristle brush for cleaning connections
Touch-up paint
Spare electrolyte for 2% of the cells
Spare intercell links for 2% of the cells
Spare flame arresters for 2% of the cells
10.2.7.
Ratings
Ampere-hour rating of battery shall be sufficient to supply direct current to inverter for 30 minutes
at least, with inverter operating at full rated output during protection time.
10.2.8.
Ground Protection for DC
Batteries shall not be grounded. A positive and negative DC ground detection alarm shall be
provided for the UPS system.
10.2.9.
Battery Disconnect
Battery input power connection to UPS system shall be through a fully rated two-pole disconnect
device capable of overcurrent and fault protection. Disconnect device shall be incorporated in the
UPS system enclosure.
10.3. Inverter
10.3.1.
Input Voltage
Inverter shall be capable of supplying rated output power while receiving battery input within
inverter discharge voltage limit range.
10.3.2.
Output
Inverter output voltage and capacity shall be in accordance with UPS data sheet.

10.3.3.
Static Voltage Regulation
Inverter steady-state output voltage shall not exceed ±3% deviation due to the following
conditions:



- 0% to 100% load, at 1.0 to 0.8 power factor lag
Minimum to maximum DC bus voltage
Ambient temperature variations within operating environmental limits
10.3.4.
Dynamic Voltage Regulation
Inverter shall maintain the output voltage to within +/- 10% nominal with a 100 ms response to
nominal for a 100% step load change.
10.3.5.
Frequency Regulation
Output frequency of inverter shall normally be automatically synchronized and phase-locked to
alternate AC source.
If alternate source frequency is out of range, inverter shall automatically revert to free running
maintaining the frequency within +/- 0.1 Hz of nominal.
When alternate source frequency returns to within selected frequency range, inverter shall
automatically resynchronize at slew rate of 1 Hz/sec maximum.
10.3.6.
Semiconductor Overcurrent Protection
Inverter power semi-conductors shall be protected by fast-acting, current-limiting fuses with blown
fuse indicators.
Inverter breaker/fuses shall be rated so as not to trip/blow under inverter normal or overload
currents specified.
10.3.7.
Overload Rating
Inverter shall be capable of supplying up to 125% of continuous full load current rating for ten
minutes and 150% for 60 seconds, and 300% for ten cycles without damage.
10.3.8.
Battery Deep Discharge Protection
Inverter shall automatically command transfer of critical load to alternate source, if available, and
disconnect from battery, when discharge voltage limit of battery is reached.

10.3.9.
Harmonic Distortion
Inverter output shall provide harmonic neutralization and filtering necessary to limit total
harmonic distortion in UPS output voltage waveform to 5% maximum, total harmonic distortion
with 3% maximum of any single harmonic.
10.3.10.
Voltage Unbalance and Phase Separation
Inverter shall maintain voltage phase-to-phase and phase to neutral balanced to within +/- 3% with
up to a 50% load unbalance.
For inverters having a three-phase output, phase separation shall be 120 degrees +2 degrees,
maximum, with 100% load unbalance.
10.4. Instruments, Controls, Indicators, Alarms and Remote Control
10.4.1.
General
UPS shall be furnished with the following instruments, controls, indicators, and alarms with
engraved, phenolic nameplates for functional identification.
UPS shall enable real time monitoring from the EMCS (Electrical Monitoring and Control System).
10.4.2.
Instruments
A digital monitoring panel shall be supplied, which includes at minimum the following
measurements:

Mains voltage, 3 phases simultaneously
Mains current, 3 phases simultaneously

 Rated current: 5 A (AC), 0.3 A (DC)
 No. of contacts: 2, double changeover type
The above contacts must be wired to a terminal strip and clearly marked.
Alarm relays shall latch until alarm condition clears and alarm reset push-button is actuated.
As a minimum, the following alarm relays shall be supplied:

 Battery operation
 Battery discharged
10.4.7.
Remote Communication
The AC UPS System shall enable real time monitoring from the EMCS (Electrical Monitoring and
Control System). The AC UPS System shall communicate with the plant Electrical Monitoring and
Control System via data link based on the IEC 61850 protocol to allow remote, data logging and
event recording, as well as alarms indication.
As a minimum, the following alarm relays shall be supplied:

10.5. Nameplates
Nameplates, appropriately located, shall indicate operating instructions, warnings, and
identification of components.
Separate nameplate with purchaser’s assigned equipment number in 12 mm letters shall also be
provided.
Nameplates shall identify each device on instrument panel and other devices such as instrument
transformers, secondary fuses, etc., inside cubicle.
Door-mounted components shall be identified both on panel door and internally.
Nameplates shall be a phenolic material, machine-engraved, exhibiting black letters on white
background.
Letter height shall be 3 mm minimum.
Components within UPS shall be equipped with nameplates.
Exterior nameplates shall be attached with stainless steel screws.
10.6. UPS Ratings and Efficiency
UPS system input/output voltage, phase, wires, frequency, kVA capacity, and battery protection
time shall conform to the UPS data sheet.
Emergency Operation Efficiency shall be 90%, minimum, AC or DC battery input to AC output.
11.INSPECTIONS AND TESTS
11.1. Inspections
During the manufacturing period, the equipment could be subject to inspection by Contractor
inspectors or by others appointed by Contractor or by Owner.
Accessory material could be subject to inspection too.
The Manufacturer shall allow the free access of inspectors to the workshop, shall give all
information required and shall make available all copies of internal orders to other sub-suppliers.
11.2. Test procedure

The tests should be carried out in Vendor workshop at his care and expense.
Even in case CONTRACTOR/OWNER waives to witness the tests, the Vendor shall draw up
the certificate of the tests carried out containing a full report and all results and the
measures of the tests.
The tests shall be carried out in accordance with the requirements of applicable codes and
of the Inspection and Test Plan.
Routine tests shall be conducted on each item and/or assembly in accordance with the
requirements of applicable codes and of the Inspection and Test Plan.
Type tests are for the purpose of proving the characteristics of equipment design. Evidence
of valid type tests covering the equipment offered together with tests certificate from an
Independent testing station, or recognized manufacturer testing station, shall be submitted
with the tender. The type tests shall encompass the requirements listed in the Inspection
and Test Plan.
11.2.2.

12.BID INSTRUCTIONS
The base quotation shall be in strict accord with this specification and the applicable data sheet.
Alternate quotations may also be submitted if deviations from these specifications or data sheets
are clearly stated and a base quotation is offered.
Evaluation of quotations will take into account unit overall efficiency.
Service-proven designs shall be offered. If a design is offered that has not been proven in service for
at least two years, proposals shall indicate which parts of the equipment are affected and the extent
of experience with these parts. Equipment designs scheduled for supersede shall not be used.
13. GUARANTEE
A performance guarantee on the following shall be provided with bid on the following quantities:


No-load losses.
Full load losses.
14. DOCUMENTATION
Documentation shall be provided and shall give, as minimum information:






A general description of the unit including installation and maintenance instructions;
manuals shall describe UPS system in sections pertaining to description, installation, theory
of operation, operational procedures, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques;
Sufficient reproducible drawings, diagrams, circuit diagrams and descriptions of operation;
Recommendations for maintenance/replacement intervals on all components;
A list of standards applied;
The test reports;
The compliance certificates with the applicable standards.
15. RECOMMENDED SPARE PARTS LIST
Vendor shall provide an UPS system(s) recommended spare part list.

Spare parts list shall describe part, function, manufacturer’s part number, vendor’s part number,
price, and delivery for each recommended spare part.
16. SHIPPING
All shipping locks, binding, etc., shall be clearly marked so that their removal is assured. Any special
precautions that must be observed in the removal of the these shipping restraints shall be clearly
marked on the shipping container or crate.
The units shall be shipped at the maximum preassembly extent.
Receiving location shall be notified two working days in advance so that handling equipment will be
available.
17. COMMISSIONING SERVICE
Installation, check-out, start-up and training service of installed system shall be provided.
