Listening as comprehension is the understanding of spoken language.
Listening comprehension serves the goal of extracting meaning from
messages. To do this, learners have to be taught how to use both bottom
up and top-down processes to understand messages. For instance, the
main objective of the activity presented is to understand the conversation.
The listener focuses on listening for the main idea, predicting can take
place at the beginning of the listening process because they present a
picture of the place where they are at, and finally the listener tries to get
some specific details to get the correct answer.

important processes, strategies and skills. You must also include activities for
both, listening as comprehension and listening as acquisition.
