Hope this epistle finds you in good spirits. I am writing this email to express my interest in
research position in your university. I have worked on lateral flow assay during my Ph.D.
Currently I have submitted my thesis and expecting to complete all the formalities of my
doctoral degree by June 2022. I believe, that the research position in your university will
provide me an opportunity to further strengthen my current skills as well as learn new
scientific method to achieve my long term goal of establishing my independent research
group.
From the days of my masters’ degree in chemistry. My area of research interest is related
to chemistry include nanotechnology, method development of biosensor and preparation
of antibody conjugate. I have rich experience of different techniques such as: working in
HPLC, Mass Spectroscopy, FTIR, ELISA, TEM and SEM. Laboratory. I have selfsufficient, excellent communication, writing and data interpretation skills. I have the ability
to work independently and independent scientific research investigations. For PhD, I joined
Dr. Vijay Kotra Associate Professor in Quest international University, Malaysia, under
my thesis title “Development of immunochromatography strip assay for X-vivo evaluation
of therapeutic drug monitoring services, my work was focused on the understanding the
mechanism of nanoparticles and development of ICT strip assay. By working with human
plasma samples, and several in-vivo studies. I could gain significant insight how different
parameters alter with clinical parameters and can be helpful in defining filed
immunochromatography strip assay.
During my PhD, I wrote three publication include: Role of clinician in therapeutic drug
monitoring practice. Clinical Practice (2020) Volume 17, Issue. Recent Developments in
the Applications of Ultra Performance Liquid Chromatography 9 April 2021.Effect of Wet
Granulation Technique on preparation and characterization of piroxicam inclusion
complexation Research Article 2020, 8 (1) 119-126.
