The definitions of words, phrases and sentences used in the following are those of the common man.
Words and their meanings are defined as those meanings as accepted in the casual course of human
interaction in a civilized community similarly educated and experienced as to their use.
Declarations
I, declare and state under penalty of perjury the following:
All the facts stated herein are true, correct, and complete in accordance with my best first-hand
knowledge and understanding, admissible as evidence, and if called upon as a witness, I will testify to

I have, in Good Faith, determined the facts stated herein as being true, correct, complete, and not
meant to mislead. By signing this Affidavit of Public Notice before a Notary Public as an authentic
act, do hereby and herein declare and proclaim the following with clean hands and in honor:
I AM not a corporation, and
I AM not a fiction or artificial entity, and
I AM a real “flesh and blood man,” and
Constitutions have jurisdiction over the Governments they create; fictional entities
(Corporations) are inferior to the Governments who have jurisdiction over them,
and
The agents of Government are the Trustees for the Grantor/Beneficiary, and
The Monarchy of the United Kingdom serves as Trustee for Yahweh, through his
son Jesus Christ, and
The Monarchy of the United Kingdom is required to have direct genetic link to
Jesus Christ and the House of King David, and
The United Kingdom is a common law jurisdiction, and
Equality before the law is paramount and mandatory, and
A statute is defined as a legislated rule of society which has been given only the force
of law, and
A society is defined as a number of people joined by mutual consent to deliberate,
determine and act under a common goal, and
People of the United Kingdom have a right to revoke or deny consent to be
represented and thus governed. If anyone does revoke or deny consent, they then
may exist free of government control and statutory restraints. A “sovereign” is one
who has lawfully revoked consent and exists free of statutory restrictions,
obligations and limitations, and
The Crowns Claim of; "escheat to the Crown or the Duchy of Lancaster or the
Duke of Cornwall or to a mesne lord for want of heirs,” as referred to in the
Administration of Estates Act of 1925, stands as a lawful claim. The United
Kingdom, an estate where everything is owned by Yahweh, is currently held in trust
by the Crown until a competent heir(s) appears and lays a lawful Claim of
jurisdiction, and
The intentional blurring of the lines, with “smoke and mirrors”, deception, outright
lies and numerous false claims as to the well settled division, between the Crown
created legal entity known as the "PERSON" and the flesh and blood creation of
Yahweh known as a "man" is nothing short of theft, fraud, breach of trust and
forced slavery; a heinous criminal activity of the most odious form, and
On May 15, 1213, surrounded by Bishops, Barons, Knights and various Nobles of
the Realm, King John of England, on his knees, took an oath of fealty and forever
surrendered the Crown to the Vatican before Pandulph; to wit:

The Treaty of 1213 was a product of King John’s dishonor to Yahweh, and treason
to the United Kingdom, through the intentionally manipulated bankruptcy of the
United Kingdom by the Vatican, and
The United Kingdom was placed in Trust with the Vatican and the position of the
Monarchy reduced to that of a Trustee and servant to the Vatican, and
The United Kingdom includes the United States of America, which is also a Trust
administrated by the Vatican through Puerto Rico, and
The Pope is not the Vicar of Christ and the Vatican is not a representative of
Yahweh, and
The Pope is a vicar of Lucifer, and the Vatican a corporate arm of Lucifer, both
have invoked hell upon the earth in Lucifer’s name, in contempt of Yahweh, and
Queen Elizabeth II, upon her coronation on June 2, 1953, accepted to serve as the
custodian of Jesus Christ, and swore to concede to Christ upon announcement of his
divine re-presence, and
Queen Elizabeth II swore an oath upon her coronation on June 2, 1953, to Jesus
Christ, but serves as loyal servant to Lucifer and the Vatican, and
Lucifer, the fallen angels and the mortal servants, et al, have brought hell upon the
earth; hung the mask of Lucifer over the face of Jesus Christ and infested Yahweh’s
beautiful loving creation with darkness and evil, and
I AM the direct descendant of King David via King William I, the Lion King of
Scotland, via my father, Reginald Albert Michael Marshall, who was born in
Sydney Australia February 11th, 1909. His person descended from the royal line of
Marshall via the marriage of the King’s daughters, Margaret and Margotta, who
married Marshall’s of the Norman royal line, and
My Mother, Daphne Golightly, is the offspring of Henry Golightly, the son of King
William I The Lion and his second wife Isabelle de Avonal, she being descended
from Henry I, King of England, and
I AM Brian Leonard Golightly Marshall, the true King of the United Kingdom, and
Grantor to the Trusts claimed by the Vatican through the United Kingdom, and
A simple blood and DNA test will confirm my divinity and claim, and
I AM the most royal person, the reincarnation of Jesus Christ, the Creator and
Sovereign, Yahweh, of “In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” Genesis 1:1.

Almighty God Creator of Heaven and the Earth, YAHWEH, Yahshua, the Lord
Jesus Christ, the King of kings, Lord of lords, the Word of God, as prophesied:

David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with
justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.”
I AM
Shiloh, come as prophesied:

between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him {shall} the gathering of the people

I was reborn on 11th January 1944 at 2.22am in Sydney Australia which is Ephraim
Hebrew for Bethlehem as prophesied:

Branch shall grow out of his roots: And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the
spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of

the fear of the Lord: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove
after the hearing of his ears,”

REVOCATION OF QUEEN ELIZABETH II OATH OF OFFICE OF
MONARCHY TO THE UNITED KINGDOM
I, Brian Leonard Golightly Marshall, Yahweh in the flesh, hereby REVOKE the
Oath of Office of Queen Elizabeth II, accepted and signed on June 2, 1953 upon her
coronation.
CLAIM TO MONARCHY OF THE UNITED KINGDOM
(1) I, Brian Leonard Golightly Marshall, Almighty God Creator of Heaven and the
Earth, Yahweh, Yahshua, the Lord Jesus Christ, true heir to the throne of David,
King of kings, Lord of lords, the Word of God, as prophesied, hereby claim my
birthright, the Monarchy to the United Kingdom, and
(2) I hereby assign my authority as the Creator Yahweh and owner of the earth and
all that is in, above and below to my wife Janelle Margaret Golightly Marshall, the
divine mother. She shall co-administer the creation as her heart of love and
compassion dictate, and
(3) I hereby declare the town of Harcourt, Victoria, Australia, as The Holy City,
New Jerusalem as originally proclaimed by Me on April 6th 2010, as prophesied:
KJV Revelation 21:1-7, “And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven
and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.”
“And I John saw the holy city, New Jerusalem, coming down from God out of heaven,
prepared as a bride adorned for her husband.”
“And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God {is}
with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself

“And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death,

(4) I hereby revoke all contracts and Trust agreements with the Vatican, and
(5) I hereby revoke all laws, statutes, codes, ordinances, rules, directives and
treaties that have been instituted upon the foundation of Admiralty Law and the
Rule of Commerce from the Babylonian Talmud and do not reflect My Laws of the
Kingdom of Yahweh, there being just two, as prophesied:

thy neighbour as thyself.” These laws were instituted by Me from the year 30 A.D. and
are the precedent practised by the followers of the Way who are the meek and the
inheritors of My Creation the Earth as prophesied:
KJV Matthew: 5:5, “Blessed {are} the meek: for they shall inherit the earth,” and
(6) I hereby commission my 144,000 sons and daughters, whom I have already
anointed in the heavenly realm, and order them to shake off their amnesia,
recognize me, and come forward to claim their destinies, as each already knows
their distinct loving role for assisting mankind and restoring my earthly creation to
its true heavenly state.
KJV Exodus: 18:21, “Moreover thou shalt provide out of all the people able men, such
as fear God, men of truth, hating covetousness; and place such over them, to be rulers
of thousands, and rulers of hundreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens.”
(7) Furthermore, I, as the Creator Yahweh and owner of the earth and all that is in
it, hereby lay charges of mass genocide, murder, mayhem, deliberate starvation of
people, creating diseases and disasters disguised as “Acts of God,” implementing
vaccines as weapons of mass destruction, kidnapping, pedophilia, torture, war
mongering, robbery and thievery, lying, cheating, sexually immorality, corrupt
idolatry, hedonism, cannibalism, ritual mutilation and vampirism, love and hording
of money, and all other crimes against my people and creation against the following
abomination(s): The House of Rothschild and all of the occult society families of the
Illuminati, Jesuits, Freemasons, Skull and Bones aka The Brotherhood of Death,
The House of Windsor; in particular Queen Elizabeth II; the Roman Catholic
Church; in particular the Pope including his bishops and ministers; the leaders of
the Governments of England, the United States of America, Australia, the CFR, the
Trilateral Commission, the Sovereign Military Order of Malta, the Bilderberg
Group, the International Monetary Fund, Rockefeller Foundation, Gates
Foundation, Lucis Trust, Russell Trust, Jason Society, Committee of 300, Majestic
12, Priory of Scion, Knights Templars, NASA, the Mafia, members of the BAR
(British Accreditation Registry) and all other enemies to humanity whether they be
nation states, private individuals, politicians, corporations, societies, clubs,
churches, associations, schools, universities, medical institutions, armies, navies, air
forces and all who are in positions of leadership within society, governments,
churches or families who have sworn allegiance to serve and worship Lucifer. The
only punishment for these crimes against humanity and my creation is death to the
soul as prophesied through the coming Judgment of Yahweh…the coming freight
train from which there is NO ESCAPE from the reaping unless the soul repents and
obeys My voice as prophesied:

soul: but rather fear him which is able to destroy both soul and body in hell.”
KJV Revelation 20:15, “And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was
cast into the lake of fire.
(8) Lastly, I hereby order all media and news organizations to announce to the
world my divine return to the earth. The announcement shall be printed on the
front page of all newspapers around the globe and reported on every major
television and radio broadcasting network, in every language of the people on the
earth. Prepare yourselves for the Judgment of Yahweh.
REV 11:15 KJV, “And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in
heaven, saying, the kingdoms of this world are become {the kingdoms} of our Lord,
and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.”
NOTICE OF UNDERSTANDING
I hereby present recipients with this Notice of Understanding to avoid potential
confusion or conflict, to maintain my Honor and to ensure clarity between all
government agents/agencies and myself. Peacefully, I desire to avoid conflict and to
live lawfully with maximum freedom.
Response is required, as described herein, within thirty (21) days of receipt of this
Notice in writing by registered mail. Provide proof of your claim under oath or
attestation, under your full commercial liability and under penalty of perjury. A
failure to respond will be assumed to be full agreement with my declarations as
contained within this Notice. Any response shall be on a point-by-point basis and
shall contain proof of mistake or error in my understanding or else my
understanding shall stand as true, correct and permanent unless revoked or
modified. Failure to dispute the claims herein as required above will result in
default. Default creates acceptance and acceptance creates permanent and
irrevocable estoppel.
