numerous strategies that any business can adopt, but the owner of YLIN's Beautique stated that their
strategies are entirely focused on the internet and sales stalking. We all know that online business has
blew up since COVID-19 began, and he also stated that they used "sales talk" as a strategy, which is
understandable given the number of competitors in their industry. We also asked him, "What character
traits and skills do you possess that you think contribute to the success of your business?" and he
responded that his previous job was all about sales, specifically motor sales, where sales talk is
extremely important; he already mentioned that he used sales talk as one of their business strategies,
and he said that he learned that strategy from his previous job experiences. Because entrepreneurs
started their own businesses at more than twice the rate seen before the pandemic, our group decided
to ask him, "What's Your Competitive Advantage?" " and he mentioned their pricelist, he mentioned
that every different market place has different price and they know it, which is why it is their advantage
because they will know what to do with their price, he said that if you have a competitor, they will also
