Football (1) – Body Management (balance)


Count the number of toe taps onto a football
in 30 seconds (must swap feet each time,
ball to remain stationary)
Each tap scores one point.

in the ladder starting at the bottom! Up to 7

Football (2) - Dribbling

Dribble the ball in and out of 5 cones spaced
1 m apart, there and back
Each complete there and back scores 1 point


Netball (1) – Body Management (fast feet)
2 cones side by side 50cm apart, start with
both feet to the side of the left cone.
 Move feet as follows to the right:
o Into the middle of the cones, right
foot, then left. To the side of the
right cone – right foot then left.
o Repeat on the reverse ie left, right,
left right
 Score 1 point for each complete correct full
rotation
 30 seconds

Netball (2) - Throwing



Count the number of times you can throw
and catch the ball against a wall with a chest
pass from a distance of 2m.
If you drop the ball, or it bounces that
throw does not count
30 seconds

Boccia (1) – Body Management (Control)





Throw a ball/beanbag underarm or to hit
a target
How many can you get onto the target in
30 seconds (target should be marked
area 50cmx50cm and 3m way from
thrower)
Run and collect the ball/beanbag each
time
Score 1 point for each successful throw

Boccia (2) – Target



Roll a ball towards another ball placed
5m away from you
Score a point each time you hit the
target ball within 30 seconds
Collect your ball and put the target ball
back in the same place if it moves (do
this yourself)

Ball Around your legs
Hockey (1) – Body Management (Strength)

2 cones 1m apart

Start with a hockey ball/tennis ball
behind one cone. With your stick keeping
contact with the ball, drag the ball
between cones, there and back, side to
side.

How many there and back drags can you
do in 30 seconds? (If the ball leaves the
stick, that drag does not count)

Hockey (2) - Dribble




2 cones 5m apart
Dribble a ball in a straight line between
and around the cones, keeping contact on
the ball as much as possible
How many times can you get there and
back in 30 seocnds?
