Football (1) – Body Management (balance) Count the number of toe taps onto a football in 30 seconds (must swap feet each time, ball to remain stationary) Each tap scores one point. Football (2) - Dribbling Dribble the ball in and out of 5 cones spaced 1 m apart, there and back Each complete there and back scores 1 point 30 seconds School/home attempts – write each attempt in the ladder starting at the bottom! Up to 7 attempts Competition attempts! Netball (1) – Body Management (fast feet) 2 cones side by side 50cm apart, start with both feet to the side of the left cone. Move feet as follows to the right: o Into the middle of the cones, right foot, then left. To the side of the right cone – right foot then left. o Repeat on the reverse ie left, right, left right Score 1 point for each complete correct full rotation 30 seconds . Netball (2) - Throwing Count the number of times you can throw and catch the ball against a wall with a chest pass from a distance of 2m. With your stick keeping contact with the ball, drag the ball between cones, there and back, side to side. How many there and back drags can you do in 30 seconds?
