Introduction: To analyze growing markets and a suitable location to expand the business of the company located in Cairo, Egypt, this project, sanctioned by Mr. Mark Orr. Of MDO Inc. MDO Inc is popular over the United States in the agriculture industry because its products are efficient and innovative .Their products are mostly crop harvester, seed planter, tractor to Vans, all catering to ensure fulfilment of the needs of the farmers of USA. This is also known as a leading Machine and transportation company that emphasizes on agriculture related machineries and transportation. Since the company has reached the stage of financial stability and growth so it high time for MDO Inc. to take a strategic decision to expand to global market and which market to enter. The overall goal of the project is to decide through analyzing the finding of the cultural settings of the selected country whether MDO Inc. should invest in the country or not. What are the challenges MDO Inc. might face to expand in Egypt that needs to be overcome? 4. What opportunities are there in Egypt? 5. A brief analysis of the resources and competitors in Egypt. Faculty members, Businesspersons) Brief Analogy of Egypt: The Arab Republic of Egypt is one of the most important countries in the Arab World with a population estimated of 98million in 2019, it is the most populous Arab country and it is culturally influential throughout the region. Most of Egypt’s population lives along the Nile River, stretching about for 1600 km, supplies the majority of Egypt’s water. It is the only thing that is allowing agriculture in Egypt as the country gets very little rainfall thought the year. The official language of Egypt is Arabic and Modern Standard Arabic is the language of the media and education system. Egypt's economy depends mainly on agriculture, media, petroleum imports, natural gas, and tourism. Economic conditions have improved in the recent years, after a period of stagnation due to more liberal economic policies. Egypt having on the wonders of the world, The Great Pyramids of Giza, has attracted tourists around the world, making tourism a huge income source for the Egyptian economy. 3
