REQUEST FOR TRANSPORTATION AND FEEDING FOR SOME HUMAN RESOURCES
MANAGEMENT STAFF ON SPECIAL DUTY
The Federal Ministry of Finance, Budget and National Planning (Office of the Permanent
Secretary – Special Duties) introduced the Presidential Initiative on Continuous Audit (PICA)
to the Agency with a mandate to conduct a nationwide verification of nominal and payrolls
from 2017 – Date. Consequently, PICA requested for the nominal roll of the Agency which
included BVN of all staff. Following the deadline for compliance, some staff were directed
to come to work on Saturday, 7th December, 2019 and Sunday, 8th December, 2019 to
receive, collate and compile staff data on the nominal roll.
2. We hereby appeal for transportation and feeding for the officers during the weekend.
The staff have been liaising with all staff including the Zonal Offices in order to ensure a
quick compilation of the nominal roll as requested by PICA. We are expected to conclude
the task on Wednesday, 11th December, 2019. Kindly approve payment of a token to the
officers to cover transportation expenses, feeding and telephone airtime during the period.
