PERFORMANCE TASK Activity 5. Making of the beginner workout Plan (Sample Plan) THE BEGINNER WORKOUT PLAN SAMPLE Procedure: 1. Make a workout plan involving you and your family. 2. Do the activity and gather pictures of your family’s workout. 3. Prepare a documentary by organizing them in a portfolio or any other creative presentation you wish to do. 4. Put descriptions or captions for each documented activity (date, place it was taken and other useful information) 5. If you have difficulty in gathering your family pictures as they engage in workout, look for pictures of families participating in workout in magazines, or newspapers. 6. Cut out, organize, and paste the pictures on bond paper. 7. Put captions on these pictures and include the benefits that your family can derive from participating in workout activities. 8.
