2.2 It is important for better knowledge of customers and better segmentation. It is also important
because they increase sale, reduces customer attrition and it boost employee morale.
2.3 Inadequate education and lack of productivity is costing jobs and the educational system is not
producing the skills for the labour market.
2.4 Self help techniques whereby they meditate mindfully and consider counselling to help them
recognize and release stress . They can do mental imagery relaxations and they should open up to
their families . They can also network for employment and writing a reflection journal to see how
far they have gone looking for jobs will help them a lot.
2.5 I should be aiming for bachelor's pass because it will help me gain provisional entrance into any
university or degree course and it makes me a candidate eligible for a degree as long as I meet the
minimum requirements, I can study anything I like that I qualify for with the subject I am doing.
