Directions: With the tracer study titled The Employability of CSU Graduates: From 2011 to 2015 by Paluga, R. et
al. as point of reference, it is noteworthy that majority of respondents perceived on-the-job (OJT) training ‘very
useful’ in their career (see figure below).
Relative to this finding, answer the question below. Write/Encode your answer on the space provided (15 pts).
What do you know about these new metrics of Industry 4.0 and how will you optimize them during your
on-the-job (OJT) training?
Technology has transformed the way we consume and relate to data in many aspects of our life.
It has made information access faster and faster, resulting in a shift in the way we consume and
relate to data. With the changing world of workplace environment, adapting the new metrics of
industry 4.0 helps us survive and thrive in the present time. I can optimize this new metrics
during my on-the-job training (OJT) through using the industrialized technology to improve my
productivity and to be efficient to all the assigned tasks that were given to me. Personally, I will
make use of the aspects of information technology to make the work easier for me because it
would not take too much of my time. This will also help me to discover and explore more things
that can help me to work efficiently as a trainee that I can use in the future field that I will be
choosing to work on to.
