While the Grade 11 students are testing, the students in Grades 9, 10, and 12 will complete
work assigned by their teachers. Please see the chart below that illustrates which teachers are
responsible for leaving work each day.

Block 3
Thursday, March 17
Block 4 (Grade 12 students with Senior
Activity will have study hall.)
Friday, March 18
-Grade 12 students relocate to the
Auditorium, after attendance is taken. (You
will be notified when to move.)
-Grade 9 and Grade 10 students will
complete an SEL activity in HR. (Ms. Joao
will provide materials.)
Homeroom teachers will take daily attendance. If the homeroom teacher is absent, the helper (if
provided) or coverage teacher will retrieve a homeroom roster from the main office. This will be
submitted to Ms. Turk.
Monday through Thursday, the designated block teacher will post an assignment at 7:50 AM,
via Google Classroom. Students should have enough work for the duration of the homeroom
period. It is up to the teachers’ discretion as to how they would like to weigh the grade of the
assignment and when they would like it due.
If your class includes Grade 11 students, those students should be given the opportunity to
complete the assignment later, if they choose. If a Grade 11 student does not want to complete
the assignment, he/she will be exempt.
