It is a review of the content to verify that it is complete and correct: Complete: content is not missing Consistent: content is presented in the same format and to our standards Free of error: content is correct and reliable Usable: content is concise, applicable and operable Document name: Content URL: Review date: Quality check This is the only version of this content The content uses GDF guidelines Headings use sentence case, are clear, concise, in correct order (H2, H3) and in active voice Spelling and grammar are correct No camel case text (Text With Unnecessary Initial Upper Casing) Text has been edited for simplicity, clarity and length Don’t use unnecessary acronyms and aren’t duplicated (eg. credit card, credit cards) Documents (and other file types) are clearly named eg. Meaningful-name.pdf rather than 12_34sxt.pdf Images are displaying correctly – there are no broken links, they are not distorted or blurry and copyright has been checked All links work and no dead URLs Pass Fail Comments
