 Optimism
is one of the most positive
character factors. An attitude towards life.
Optimism is to keep a good attitude in any
situation, even if it is worse, and to believe
that bad things will pass away and that the
sun will come back. Sports and exercise can
improve human health and optimism, and
optimism is a necessary condition for
longevity.



During World War II, Mary, a newly married wife living in the
middle of the United States, was stationed in California with her
husband and lived in a camp near the desert. At first she couldn't
bear the desolation and poverty of the place. She kept arguing
with her husband and shutting herself up in the house, feeling
exhausted physically and mentally. She wrote to her mother that
she wanted to go home and despair of life here.
The mother quickly wrote back to her, saying, "Two prisoners
looked out of the prison window, one saw mud, the other saw
stars."
She was ashamed to read her mother's letter, so she went outside
to make friends with the neighboring Indians and asked them to
teach her how to weave and make pottery. She was fascinated by
Indian culture, history, language, and everything about Indians,
and felt energetic. Later, she wrote many books about Indians,
and established organizations to protect and promote Indian
culture, achieved remarkable results. Loved by people!
 People
face different attitudes towards the
same life. Different mindsets will have
different effects on life, health and work.
 Look at life optimistically, the world in your
eyes is full of hope, life is full of opportunity,
can stimulate enthusiasm and potential;
 Pessimistic view of life, the world is full of
defects and ugly, life is always so
disappointing.

Recognize that everyone's mindset is
directly chosen.
 (2) Love life and be good at finding happiness
from your side.
 (3) We should treat the disappointments in
life correctly.
 (4) To exercise health in order to keep
healthy;
 (5) Learn to love others and be tolerant of
others.






The first method, self-suggestion, is a kind of selfhypnosis, telling yourself the beauty of life!
Second, improve self-confidence. Only a confident
person can be an optimistic person.
Third way, less contact with the negative energy of
the world, after all, you can not change anything
after contact.
Fourth, we must strive to improve ourselves and
make ourselves skilled. Those who have ability will
be optimistic.
Fifth, to improve your concentration and do well, you
can control your emotions.
The sixth way, more contact with the world's
beautiful things, treat people leniently, eventually,
you can get your own happiness!
In life, many people are easy to feel frustrated
by meeting a bit of setback. As far as I am
concerned, we need to learn to keep positive
and optimistic when facing difficulties so that
we have more power to keep and pursue our
dreams.
