Optimism is one of the most positive character factors. An attitude towards life. Optimism is to keep a good attitude in any situation, even if it is worse, and to believe that bad things will pass away and that the sun will come back. Sports and exercise can improve human health and optimism, and optimism is a necessary condition for longevity. During World War II, Mary, a newly married wife living in the middle of the United States, was stationed in California with her husband and lived in a camp near the desert. At first she couldn't bear the desolation and poverty of the place. She kept arguing with her husband and shutting herself up in the house, feeling exhausted physically and mentally. She wrote to her mother that she wanted to go home and despair of life here.
