2. To sign, execute and deliver all documents of sale in favor of the Seller/Developer
as well as all the documents that may be needed by the Seller/Developer be bound
by it.
3. To cause the payments, either by cash or by personal checks of the purchase price
in the manner stated in the documents of sale.
4. To represent in the delivery and/or turnover of the property as well as to accept the
property I have purchased from the Seller/Developer.
5. To act for and on my behalf with regards to any matter affecting the property.
GIVING AND GRANTING UNTO my said ATTORNEY-IN-FACT full power and
authority to do and perform every act and deed whatsoever requisite and necessary to
be done in and about premises ,as fully to all intents and purposes as I might or could do
if personally present and acting,and hereby ratifying and confirming all that my said
attorney shall lawfully do or cause to be done and virtue of these presents.
