Job Description: Virtual Operations Assistant A company that provides patients with innovative, affordable, and accessible healthcare solutions that will improve the quality of life. The intern, in close coordination with the company representatives shall perform the following duties and responsibilities: • Consolidation of reports and other documents • Organizing digital folders in Gdrive • Create a calendar of events and deadlines in projects to help the company keep track of deliverables • Help in managing the company social media accounts • Performing office duties that include ordering supplies and managing a records database. • Desk research on best management practices/trends. • Give their suggestions on project plans. • Provide general administrative support.
