Recreational activities is very important to help manage our stress. Because it provides a chance to nurture oneself and provide a sense of balance nad self-esteem, which can reduce our anxiety and depression. It also help, to balance academic pressures with physical and mental well-being. 2. How us help to boost our recreational activities while we area doing or still fighting against covid-19. We need to boost our immunity and physical stamina to help fight covid-19. Having daily exercise can bring a lot of benefits such as long or short term for mood, sleep, and health. We have string stamina we can't easily be infected by covid19. 3. All of us expecting covid-19 quarantine, it is not only my family that heavily affected of this pandemic. We can't do what we are usually do when there's no pandemic. Our moments are very limited and we should do extra careful when we do these things in recreational activities. Answer: Recreational activities is very important activities that people need to do it every now and then. It helps us to be more physical active and also be emotionally and mentally fit especially this pandemic. While in our subject, is really hard to apply or do activities that related to recreational activities because of pandemic and all our classes held via online class only. So it really difficult to teach, to apply activities such as backpacking (hiking) or swimming, etc.
