Company wants more production to survive in the market and gain good profit. Therefore, he studied about simulation of process and started simulating the process to optimize the process. After some trial and error methods, he found out that by modifying some equipment and parameters they could get some better result so he suggested that idea to plant designer for the betterment of the company. Happy: Ramesh was a tech person. Who loves to play with various types of software and was good in that area. After completing his graduation in chemical engineering, he was placed in a good company. Because of his good understanding in simulation software stuff, he managed to take his company at another level of success. Sad: Nitesh is an engineer in a well-known reputation industry was given a task for optimizing the process conditions he used simulation software to solve this. But he was unable to bring the changes as simulation software is used for designing purpose or to make mathematical computations easy. Due to which he was unable to fix the issue of optimization. Sad: Rajesh is a well-known process engineer in a well-known chemical industry in Haldia.He got a task to minimize the utility cost and process conditions to avoid energy loss and to reduce the overall cost of process. However, he could not find out the solution to save the utility cost or operating cost. As he is an old engineer, he does not have the proper knowledge of new simulating software from which he could solve the majority of the problems. Therefore, he got fired and company have to hire new process engineer who have the knowledge of these simulation software.
