Chinese patients, their health beliefs and their cultural
behaviours.

was to explore the lived experiences, successful career

collectivistic orientation, whereby Chinese people accept health
recommendations unquestioningly, often living in misery with an
excessively rigid management plan, and highlighted their lack of
understanding of self-management?
› What are the effects on the Chinese Australians
trying to mix Western and Eastern medical practices without
adequate professional support?
› What are the complex and multifaceted challenges
associated with diabetes management among Chinese Australians?
(iii)
Specifically, the research seeks answers to the
following questions:
› What are the experiences, successful career
strategies, challenges and barriers, and effective leadership
qualities of women of color college and university presidents in
their ascension to the presidency?
› Do women of color college and university
presidents largely benefit from an extended community of
advocates in their ascension to the presidency?
› What are the effective leadership qualities they
shared in common as well as their family, educational, and
career backgrounds that led to the presidency?
Day 3
Third Major Research Task
A. Set the boundaries and parameters of the study in the scope
and delimitation.
This
section
of
the
study
explains
how
in-depth
the
researchers will explore the subject in order to answer the
research question, as well as the parameters and limitations that
will be used in correlation to population and timeframe.
This study focuses on the predicaments and development
underwent by entrepreneurs/businessmen of Kidapawan City in
adapting their business to the new norms prompted by the current
global crisis. The data collection will be conducted to a select
few entrepreneurs/businessmen. Respondents were chosen through
purposive sampling method. This study will not cover other
problems that are not relevant to the objectives of the study.
The study would be done through the utilization of questionnaire
to the respondents relayed by their children from the
researchers. By this strategy, the researchers will be able to
determine and identify strategies, hindrances and measures that
businessmen of Kidapawan City have underwent and implemented to
cope with the mounting challenges of the current global crisis.
B. In the significance of the study, state clearly the benefits
of the study, as well as groups of people or organization that
will benefit from the study.
This study will benefit the researchers, respondents, other
businessmen of Kidapawan City, and people who aspire to be
entrepreneurs through:
- Fostering critical thinking and analytical skills through
the used research instrument (survey/questionnaire)
- Expanding knowledge and understanding of business and COVID19.
