General Objectives: (i) The purpose of the qualitative phenomenological study was to investigate the influence of the CIO on strategic decision making in organizations. The phenomenological study was deployed to address 2 research questions by interviewing a purposive sample of 23 executives (7 IT leaders, 10 CFOs, and 6 CEOs) in 5 different countries. (ii) The aim of this study was to evaluate a type 2 diabetes education programme for Chinese Australians, based on the experience of participants and by exploring the unique needs of Chinese patients, their health beliefs and their cultural behaviours. (iii) The purpose of this qualitative, phenomenological study was to explore the lived experiences, successful career strategies, challenges and barriers, and effective leadership qualities of women of color college and university presidents in their ascension to the presidency. Specific Objectives: (i) Specifically, the research seeks answers to the following questions: › What full capabilities does the CIOs have to be a key decision maker and a key leader who can guide organizational accomplishment of strategic goals? › What is the importance of other executive leaders place on the CIO role as peer leader in organization? › What is the influence of the CIO on strategic decision making in organizations? (ii) Specifically, the research seeks answers to the following questions: › What are the barriers imposed by their collectivistic orientation, whereby Chinese people accept health recommendations unquestioningly, often living in misery with an excessively rigid management plan, and highlighted their lack of understanding of self-management? › What are the effects on the Chinese Australians trying to mix Western and Eastern medical practices without adequate professional support? › What are the complex and multifaceted challenges associated with diabetes management among Chinese Australians? (iii) Specifically, the research seeks answers to the following questions: › What are the experiences, successful career strategies, challenges and barriers, and effective leadership qualities of women of color college and university presidents in their ascension to the presidency? › Do women of color college and university presidents largely benefit from an extended community of advocates in their ascension to the presidency? › What are the effective leadership qualities they shared in common as well as their family, educational, and career backgrounds that led to the presidency? Day 3 Third Major Research Task A. Set the boundaries and parameters of the study in the scope and delimitation. This section of the study explains how in-depth the researchers will explore the subject in order to answer the research question, as well as the parameters and limitations that will be used in correlation to population and timeframe. This study focuses on the predicaments and development underwent by entrepreneurs/businessmen of Kidapawan City in adapting their business to the new norms prompted by the current global crisis. The data collection will be conducted to a select few entrepreneurs/businessmen. Respondents were chosen through purposive sampling method. This study will not cover other problems that are not relevant to the objectives of the study. The study would be done through the utilization of questionnaire to the respondents relayed by their children from the researchers. By this strategy, the researchers will be able to determine and identify strategies, hindrances and measures that businessmen of Kidapawan City have underwent and implemented to cope with the mounting challenges of the current global crisis. B. In the significance of the study, state clearly the benefits of the study, as well as groups of people or organization that will benefit from the study.
