How are the fruit enzyme drinks made? Fruit enzyme drinks are fermented from a combination fruits, sugar and water in a tightly sealed container. During fermentation, microorganisms found in the fruits help to break down larger organic molecules into simpler ones which can be more readily absorbed into the human body. It is a natural process which promotes the production of vitamins, essential amino acids, antinutrients and proteins, which have higher digestibility.
