***Participation Requirements***
Ph.D. with a domestic or foreign degree, with overseas working
experience
1. Innovative talents
- Professional technical personnel and management personnel in
senior positions in foreign enterprises;
- Work as an associate professor or above in a foreign university or
research institute;
2. Entrepreneurial talents
Has already started a business in China, the company has been
operating for 2-5 years, has international leading technology or has
obtained investments from VC, and is the main founder of the
company.
Those with overseas innovation experience can be admitted by
exception.
3. Young talents
Date of birth after September 1st, 1982, engaged in natural science,
engineering technology and other fields, working in well-known
overseas
universities,
scientific
research
institutions,
and
enterprise R&D institutions for more than 36 consecutive months. If
you have obtained a doctorate degree overseas and have worked
in a well-known overseas company, the working time restrictions
will be eased.
Note:
1. Industry fields: electronic information, biomedicine, energy
saving and new energy, advanced manufacturing, new materials
and resources and environment, other fields;
2.
Professional
environmental
fields:
and
earth
mathematics,
sciences,
physics,
information
chemistry,
science,
engineering science, materials science, life sciences, medicine,
economics and management, humanities and social sciences,
culture and arts;
3. For talents in short supply, the requirements for academic
qualifications, positions, and working years can be appropriately
relaxed;
4. National high-level talents who are still in the support period will
not be selected;
5. Doctors who successfully join the position through this activity
will receive a one-time living allowance ranging from 500K, 1 mil to
1.5 mil RMB (not equivalent to the work unit salary& welfare,
special cases will be discussed independently).
6. If you come to China for inspection, you will have the opportunity
to get air tickets and quarantine hotel expenses reimbursement
after applying.
