I am writing this letter to request for budget approval regarding for the Triumph’s Photo Shoot
2022 which will tentatively commence on January 2022.
With my recent negotiations with Playlight Studio, we have discussed certain matters regarding
the photoshoot contract. Upon careful consideration, I and the Triumph Team decided to request
for a budget for the Photoshoot 2022 of Three Hundred-Fifty Thousand Pesos (P350,000.00). The
proposed breakdown of the requested budget are discussed in detail in the next page of this
document.
