Once put in the freezer, the Soft Polar Cream delivers an immediate cooling effect on the skin and a long-lasting effect,
with Vitamin B12 and D-Panthenol 75 L, which helps to sooth and hydrate dry, itchy, irritated, and cracked skin.

1. Premix Water and sodium gluconate under stirring.

2. Sprinkle Biomer under stirring and mix until a clump free gel is obtained.
3. Premix Propanediol and Caprylyl Glycol and add into phase A under stirring.
4. Heat phase A up to 75°C under stirring.
5. Mix and heat Phase B up to 80°C under stirring.
6. Add phase B into phase A and homogenize with an Ultra-Turrax. The
formulation thickens during the emulsification step.
