Vargas, 619-555-555, ryan.vargas@gmail.com Project Objectives: Results derived from the project will provide new functionality that could be used by the operational forces, increasing productivity and provide a streamlined process for all forces to utilize. In particular maintenance and sustainment activities can be measured to ensure efficiencies are taking place and that all equipment and other systems are enhancing warfighter readiness. Success Criteria: Consolidates legacy applications with an enterprise solution Achieve 100% enterprise accountability Reduced risk and sustainment costs Improved warfighter readiness Benefit Area(s) Cost savings Safety Improved readiness Focus Area Business IT and analytics Approach: Project efforts to-date have capabilities deployed by both the U.S. Marine Corps and U.S. Air Force and leverage those capabilities to meet TOA/PGI requirements. Gaps in requirements vs. platform capabilities have been closed through modeling, configuration and interface development. Project efforts will use a combination of iterative “sprints” and interaction with subject matter experts to help the U.S. Navy determine and develop the most effective capabilities to enhance the overall effectiveness of the production system. Project objectives will include a roll-out strategy and a production-ready TOA/PGI solution.
