L OA N MA R KET P L A CE Loan Market Place Portal (LMP Portal) Overview The LMP Portal will provide Vodafone and the banks with a “portal” to view statuses, reports and operational information. These different use cases will be predefined by the user’s access. There will be 3 different types of users spanning over two separate portals: Service Provider Portal: • User Administrator – Able to add and remove users for any market. They can be seen as a Super User account that manages the Service Provider Portal. • Service Provider – Access to administrator functions like creating, maintaining, removing users for its market and auditing. Bank Portal: • User Administrator – Able to add and remove users for any market. They can be seen as a Super User account that manages the Bank Portal. • Bank – Access specific reports for that banking partner. They will not have access to any other banks reports. Please note: Vodafone and Banks have separate portals. These Privileges will define each user type’s role and function within the LMP Portal. Available Privileges for the Service Provider Portal: • User Administrator – Able to add, edit and remove users for any market. They can be seen as a Super User account that manages the Portal. • Auditor – Viewing rights to the User Management Screen for any market. Used to monitor users and privileges. • Service Provider Administrator – Able to add, edit and remove users for the assigned market. • Finance – Viewing rights to the market’s financial reports. These reports include Invoicing and Activity reports. • Activity – Viewing rights to the market’s activity reports. These reports detail the actual usage/actives of the market. • Operations – Viewing rights to the Subscriber Search Screen, KYC Details Screen, Loans Screen, Service Request Screen and Reports Screen. This user will do basic investigations and run operational reports. • Customer Care – Will support customers with any queries that they may have, they will have viewing rights to the Subscriber Search Screen, KYC Details Screen, Loans Search Screen and the Service Request Screen. Used to monitor users and privileges, view and edit bank rules, and view and run bank reports. • Bank User – Viewing rights to the Bank Rules Screen and Reports Screen for a specific bank. They will also be able to run selected Bank Reports. These users will perform the day to day checks an reconciliation of reports between the banks and the LMP.
