Temporary Closure of ZB Bank Chitungwiza Branch and Rotten Row Offices Complex
Dear Valued Customers
We advise that following routine testing, we have had 2 cases of our staff who have tested positive to
Covid-19; 1 at Chitungwiza Branch with another at Rotten Row Office Complex.
In light of these developments and in the interests of public health and safety of our staff and customers,
we have had to temporarily close these premises for disinfection and for the affected staff to self-isolate.
Resumption of operations is expected on 31 July 2020 by which time we will, in liaison with relevant
stakeholders, have again tested all affected staff before they report for duty.
Customers who would like to access the 2 branches will be served at any of our ZB Branches in Harare.
We also take the opportunity to urge all our customers to make use of our digital banking products
such as:
• WhatsApp Banking – 0731 440 440;
• ZB Ewallet Mobile Banking - *440*600# for Econet subscribers and *225# for Telecel and Netone
subscribers;
• Point of Sale; and
• ZB Internet Banking.
