Introduction to Revised organogram
FH organogram of Bangladesh program has been revised in 2022. Here 1 position (Technical Advisor
–MEAL) demolished and 1 position (MEAL Coordinator) newly created. As per the new organogram
MEAL coordinator will lead the MEAL team and she will be responsible for ensure all kind of report.

Roles and Responsibilities of each team member
Each team member must obey to play their role as per their JD.

Next action plan
Monthly action plan & submit the first day of each month.
As Per PRM agreements we already ended up with the 1st quarter. So need to establish
feedback response mechanism system.
To do that we need following things:
Clear guideline which will be followed by all
Complaint box
Mood meter
Team lead will arrange a meeting monthly for keeping update all and share any challenges to
complete their task
