Tell me about your self
My name is Bryan Philip Tabanao, 31 y/o from Cagayan de Oro city. I obtain my bachelors degree in
BSET Major in Electronics at Tagoloan Community College. I was an ofw in japan way back 3 years ago
working in a HINO motors in a position of machine operator I’m also good to speak Japanese language
and writing. I’m dedicated, hardworking and making sure ill finish my task on time. And my favorite
things to do is playing online games (DOTA2) or watch movies (PRSION BREAK)
My previous job is a Japanese language instructor in PW Philippines for 1 year and 3 months. Its really
hard and difficult but still I still always making sure that I was able to do my task on time.
Why did you choose this company?
The reason I choose this company it’s because I know that you are taking care of your employees and
treating them like family aside from that your company is one of the most competitive and I know that
this company help me to be a better person.

You should hire me it`s because I’m easy to learn and always open for new learning and experience and
I’m also dedicated of what I’m doing. And willing to work harder for the company.
What is your strength and weakness?
My strength is I am a positive person and always have a way and a will to face my challenges I don’t
know my weakness but I’m working with my strength to overcome my weakness.
If you will be given a chance to go abroad will you go abroad?
For me no because I know this company will help me to grow and help to sustain my needs of my family
and what I’m planning is to stay and grow in this company.
